No quality check on products they sell and extremely reluctant to be responsible about it. Issues like pre-rolls not burning at all, cartridges leaking and getting clogged etc. will not get attention and are dismissed or you are shown a box with some defected items and what not- may be they are saying this is how world works and get used to it. and the rewards for collecting loyalty points are just regular sodas, which sounds baffling. Made over 50+ purchases over last 2 years but the audacity to not feel a tiny bit liable for selling products that don't burn, never mind the quality, shows the honeymoon period of being nice in community is over for this specific shop. 2 star because as far as shop goes, you can definitely go in and purchase products. so it is a functional shop.
WHAT has happened to the selection at this once fine store? A year ago and longer back it had a magnificent selection all around--so much so it was hard to pick one out (I'm a dabbler). The last few months or so the shelves are so bare it's ridiculous. Service is up and down, but staff definitely not as welcoming as they were initially. BUT my main beef, truly, is the pathetic selection. Went for a sativa on my last visit--maybe 5 in total to choose from, compared to 20 or 25 to choose from a year ago.
2 of the girls working there are amazing with their customer service & how they treat others in general. If you're looking for phenomenal service and a cannabis store that puts the customer first with their attention to detail and knowledge of the products, then this is the store for you.
I usually opt for curb side deliver as i have have little ones and due to the age requirement i cant go into the store to view products. Usualy i opt in for the usual however the store hasnt had it in stalk lately. Today i asked for a quick recommendation. And the store manager pretty rude told me to look online. I simply asked if there was one specific type and she told me to look online. They no longer offer curb side delivery and so i had to pay at the door. The manager mentioned that if they had many customers , then that wouldnt even be an option. I liked their instetatives for the points. But high priced and rude staff.. better off elsewhere.

I travelled for a bit, and asked if I could still get the members discount. Instead of a No, I got yelled at by the cashier.
I would have yelled back, but the person was going through a transition and I didn’t want to get canceled. Raising your voice at a customer should be a no-no unless the customer is yelling at you.
