Did not even bother going here because I was quoted over $700 for a rear drivers side window repair when other shops were quoting me $356, with the highest amount being $450. My jaw dropped when I received my quote and their claim was that they have to ship the glass from BC. All of the other shops have to order the part as well but never even got close to that $700 price point . If you’re considering getting anything done here I would recommend shopping around for prices first 😬

About a month ago, I went to check out a 2021 Ford Explorer Timberline with 150,000 km. Both the website and the dealership claimed it was certified and inspected by mechanics. However, during the test drive, the suspension sounded terrible, and there was another noise that seemed like worn-out wheel bearings. I asked the salesperson about the warranty, and they told me it was only 1 month. Every other dealership I’ve checked offers at least 3 months. I find that unusual and it raises concerns, especially since the vehicles don’t seem to be in good condition. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership.

Would not recommend. Had my car in to get an oxygen sensor replaced and the check engine light came back on with the same codes so I took it to the dealership to see if they could sort things out where they found that the mechanics at Saskatoon Auto Connection had not replaced the part but instead made a modification to my vehicle, all the while charging me for the part replacement. On top of this, I had asked them to replace the inoperative block heater and they proceeded to tell me that it was too much work and that they wanted to do another further modification including replacing a list of other parts for no reason at all.

Had a great experience here buying a used car with Laverne. No pushy sales and helped us find what we were actually looking for within our budget.
