Had my vehicle in for an engine light issue. Scanned it myself, told them the code, they re-scanned it and replaced an o2 sensor. Fast forward 1 week, light is back on, same code is showing. Book it in again as the problem was not solved. Well, sure, now they want to charge another diagnostic fee, the issue was not resolved the first time it was there. Will not return, will never recommend as they obviously do not guarantee their work. 0 Stars.
Justin was a great help. The were fair and courteous. I would refer anyone to auto connection. Made the vehicle purchase very easy

Horrible
If your receptionist transfers the call , one should not have to wait on hold for over 7 minutes just to hang up. She should have picked up my call and have someone call me back.
What’s worse is I called back and she did not even answer. Business etiquette goes a long way these days when businesses know how to service their clients

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. The salesman, Justin, was very helpful, polite, and at no point made me feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. I got an excellent vehicle for a fair price and they even replaced the rear shocks (for free) for me after I saw that they were seeping in the inspection report. After a couple days my new to me vehicle broke down in the city and they were very fast to come and pick me up, give me a courtesy car and fix the issue under their included warranty. The car simply needed an ignition coil which was totally random timing, not a big deal at all, and not what anyone should expect to see in an inspection report. My mom has also been shopping for a car with them and they have been very patient and helpful. Great place to go for service and purchasing a new vehicle.
