Mark was very helpful from start to finish. They covered the deductible for me, fixed all the hail damage and did a fantastic job detailing the inside. I also had a dent from someone scraping my car and they took care of that for me too. They gave me a great deal. The free detail cleaning was really the cherry on top. They did an amazing job.
I live in Ingleside Tx, small town on the coast just north of Corpus Christi. I contacted several body shops but due to the horrendous hail storm everyone was busy and I didn't want to wait three months to get my truck repaired. I ran into Mark Pena with San-X Auto Solutions. He explained the process to me, working with my insurance company and provided a loaner car free of charge if my insurance company didn't provide. They came with a transport truck picked it up and took it to the shop in San Antonio Tx. I was given constant updates as they worked on my truck, about 10 days later my vehicle was returned to me with all the hail dents removed. The first thing I did was take it to the car wash, upon my return I noticed there was water leaking from the corner of the windshield, I contacted Mark Pena again, he stated he didn't know if it was their fault or if the leak was already there. Maybe a coincidence? Either way mark contacted San-X and they agreed to fix it at no extra cost. These people (San-X ) went above and beyond. Great people great company, Mark Pena was just awesome.
This company is AMAZING! I live in ingleside tx. They are in San Antonio. The facility and they use a bay thats inclosed to identify all the damage. Instead of fixing your hail damage in a tent. Where damage could be missed from bad light sourcing. Also if painting is needed to repair damage they have partners they know to get that done. Instead of outsourcing local shops the possibly never partnered with. All the people i spoke with were FANTASTIC , they were all so kind and understanding! They worked on my parents truck and it looks great! There was additional damage and since it took longer than they thought they loaned my parents a vehicle till they repair was done, which saved a bunch of money on a rental since neither of us had rental car coverage! We both paid No deductible for the work and they found damage the insurance adjuster missed, and were able to work with me insurance to get the extra work done. Without me having to call the insurance and explain why it costed extra. My van is modified for a wheel chair and is old so it wouldn't have survived the trip to san antonio. Best part about that is they included the towing on a flatbed as part of the work. Otherwise it would have been an extra $800. Which i did not have. I did have to wait longer but it was worth the wait to get the repair done right the FIRST time. Instead of having to repaint the car later.and if the paint starts peeling they will repaint it! And they use OEM parts from the auto maker to fix damage. No 3rd party. Or going to the local auto shop for after market parts! My neighbors cars look great! They had less damage than me but looks AMAZING! All the staff stayed in touch with me to update me on the status of my van. That helps a bunch with my work scheadule and my special needs daughter.This is the first time I had to have hail damage fixed and they made it sooo easy to get done and being a single father with a special needs daughter thats super important! Yea there are other "tents" in town. But I didnt have to go to them. SAN X came to me which helps so much! Mark,Gaby,Darco,Daniel all awesome people!!Considering my insurance wanted to make me take the van here, and there which I DO NOT have time for! Honest ilthey did an an amazing job! I could have gone to any tent in town but I didnt want my van sitting in a random spot overnight so it could be vantilized or btoken int!.It was worked on in a secure facility. SERIOSLY go with these guys if you in ingkeside.poetland or aransas if you got hail damage. You will NOT be disappointed. They got it done right the first time! And the warranty on thier work gives my piece of mind later!! Thank you again!
San X Auto Solutions did a great job on fixing the hail damage on my car, I live in San Antonio tx but my family lives in Ingleside, on 11-1-2025 a hailstorm happened while visiting my family and San X did a great job on fixing my cars and my family’s cars, a big shoutout to Mark Pena he was on top of everything for me and my family. They also detailed the inside of my car before giving it to me and my car looked brand new!!!
Stupid door to door salesman shoved a card down into my window on my truck on a rainy day and now the card is soaked and stuck down in my door with no way for me to reach it.

It got sun damage inside some Some interior pieces melted from it sitting in the sun too long. I also have to go and remove some parts. They were getting sun damage and also had to replace the battery from the car. Not being moved at all for two months. Also showed up my car had a flat tire. My car has a turbo in it. You cannot leave it sitting that long otherwise it loses oil I will have to file a civil lawsuit against sanx I have text messages and proof of the lies they were tell me

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. SanX (partnered with Resla) is completely unprofessional and dishonest from start to finish.
There was zero communication unless I followed up multiple times. They continually submitted supplemental estimates—clearly trying to inflate labor costs and get higher payouts from insurance. On top of that, they damaged my vehicle further during the repair process and offered no accountability.
They also tried to max out my rental reimbursement, even though I had been clearly assured of the daily rate. It felt like a constant game of deception.
To make matters worse, they frequently spoke Portuguese behind customers’ backs—what they didn’t know is that we understood every word. The conversations were rude and unprofessional, full of disrespect toward customers. Sam in particular loves to blow smoke and make empty promises.
I’ve filed a formal complaint with State Farm and reported this experience directly to my insurance agent. I highly recommend avoiding SanX and Resla at all costs.
Glad San-X got this car all fixed up after the hail damage. THE best service. We definitely felt like we were taken care of as one of their own. Sam and the crew knew what to do and how to do it right. And they got the windshield replaced while it was there. We couldn’t have gotten a better company to take care of the car.
