A nice place to stay at Ratnagiri. Spacious rooms with restaurant & Bar on reasonable prize. But they needs to service AC's & do pest control as washroom is full of cockroach. Restaurent is full of bees, which makes it very unhygienic. Being single place of stay near station they are not maintaining property properly. My 2nd stay is very disappointing. With all these observations with non functional AC made it pathetic & miserable.

Recently stayed here for one night. The room cleanliness is amazing and love the food and over all smooth check in and check out process. Highly recommend this place for a stay near ratnagiri station.

Food was poor taste. I ordered chicken thai fry is is must try. Then checken 99 it was 3/5. One veg staterer as well which was 3.5/5. In main course i ordered murg mussalam was 1.2/5 bcoz the preperation was not done right. Sangam special in ved main course was 3.8/5.

I spent August 8–9, 2026, there. In terms of look and cleanliness, the hotel is good for the price, however the housekeepers are thieves. I left my AirPod in my room to charge while I was out all day, but it was misplaced. When I returned in the evening, I saw there was no AirPod. The management and employees remained silent and did nothing. Please take care of your belongings if you intend to stay here.

Stayed at this place for 2 days. Everything was good. Only one things that i felt bad was there is a fish factory nearby this hotel. Very bad smell is in the air whenever we went outside the hotel. First day we felt the smell inside too, but after the fan and ac in thhe room were on, it went away. Its nothing to do with the hotel management, as it is located nearby the fishfactory. The outside air is smelly. While going out and coming back one will get the smell.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and had a comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, though some of the bathroom fittings felt a little dated. All the amenities worked well—the AC was perfect, hot water was readily available via the in-room geyser, and the TV had a decent selection of channels. ​A major plus point is its proximity to the railway station, making it highly convenient for rail commuters. If you're driving down, they have sufficient and safe parking space; we opted for the basement parking, which provided good covered shelter. They also offer a complimentary breakfast with quite a good spread. Having an attached restaurant and bar is incredibly convenient if you prefer room service or don't want to venture out for food after a long day. Recommended for a hassle-free stay!
