Had to leave a 1 star to write so no it's not deserving. This company works me a bad check on Friday. I deposited the check this passonday and it was returned on 3/12. They my vehicle (without paperwork) and now I have nothing. This is very bad business.

Nita, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The payment issued was an EFS check, which requires specific instructions to be followed when depositing or cashing. Unfortunately, if those instructions are not followed, the transaction can be rejected by the bank for security reasons. This is not a regular check. It's certified funds check.
We have successfully used this payment method with thousands of customers, and we’re happy to help resolve the situation. Please contact our office directly so we can review what happened and assist you in getting the payment processed properly. Our goal is always to make sure our customers are taken care of.

I called them about 2 days ago..was told my quote was between $200 and $300 depending on conditions of vehicle.. they stated that the pu driver would come look at vehicle and he would assess they vehicle worth and then pay the price... instead he came got the car put it on his tow truck.. then he informed me that i would have to wait for a lady to call me to discuss offer for vehicle..once she called i was told that they would offer only 160$ for vehicle..not near the quoted $200 to $ 300 ..to me something is kinda funny with this

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! They will give you a good quote over the phone BUT when they get there and load up your vehicle on their truck the offer changes and everyone plays dumb as if they don’t know what you discussed before they got there. If you say we will give you between $300 and $400 that means $300 or $400 not whatever I think it’s worth so No don’t say those words say we will give you whatever we think your car is worth then the customer can decide if they want to use your services or NOT! Be ready to get scammed!!! STAY AWAY!!!

We offer a price over the phone, but if we get to the vehicle and it does not match the description over the phone we must change our price. Sorry for any inconvenience. Our prices are for full cars. Meaning they have to have engines and transmissions to get the full price unfortunately. We apologize for your inconvenience

Appointment time 4PM - 6PM. They never showed up and did not answer the phone when I started calling at 5:30. I had to drive over an hour to get to my daughter's school. I'm beyond irritated. I will search fir every site I can find to post about this terrible experience.

I called and spoke to a nice lady and told her my problem and she put me on hold and got everything done. When she came back she gave me a time to meet the tow truck. A driver called and kept me informed of his arrival time. When he arrived we tried a few things and it worked, but I sold the vehicle on the spot no problems and he was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. If the occasion arrived again I would give them a call immediately.
