The team who showed up to provide a “move-in” thorough cleaning were top notch. They both worked hard, efficiently, and were extremely polite. The cost is a bit high but worth every penny! We will have them back again.

Rosie responded immediately when I needed my home cleaned the day before Thanksgiving, when everyone else was booked. She brought her own products/supplies, followed safety precautions, and always asked first if she was unsure about anything, which I appreciated. I was overjoyed with her professionalism, timeliness and expertise, and will definitely be using their service moving forward. Highly recommend!

I'm grateful that I found Rosi and her team! We’re expecting our second clean in a couple of months, and I’ve felt so behind on keeping the house clean. The Cleaning was a couple of days ago, and they did a split deep clean across the first two times to get the home to a good baseline. I AM IN HEAVEN. I didn’t know my kitchen sink could shine as it does now, and my shower floor has never been cleaner. Roberta and Vanessa are my heroes - such a thorough, efficient cleaning while I got to spend quality time with my son. They were on time, personable and professional.

I hired this company to clean my house twice a month on a fixed schedule. They charged me an initial fee which was very expensive to do the first cleaning. I went with it thinking these girls would do a great job. After a few cleanings I had to send pictures because the floors were still dirty and the dusting was subpar. They did a great job at making things look very tidy but if I really looked at the baseboards and floors I found things were still pretty dirty. I sent them pictures several times and all I got was a response that told me I need to pay more money. We had to cancel service one time and they still charged me the entire amount which I was happy to pay. I spent a lot of time building the relationship with this company and getting things set up for success for everyone. Out of the blue they just didn’t show up and told me they could no longer clean my house. We understand it’s tough to find help but I think it’s very unprofessional to drop a customer because she found another customer to take my slot because they would pay more money. Rosi is very aggressive and tries to strong-arm people. She has sent me several text messages and called me with aggressive tone on a number of times if things aren’t exactly the way she wanted it to work out. She said “do you understand me!”I would never recommend the service to anyone. They are rude and aggressive. They brought all their own supplies which was nice but in the end the cleanings are very subpar and there’s lots of work to do afterwards. Their fees are very expensive and I came to find out they were actually using a lot of my supplies on the side. It just seems like a racket that’s understaffed with a very aggressive owner. Buyer beware.

Unfortunately, I cannot agree with your statement.
We were unable to perform our service on 3 appointments total at your house. The first one is because you forgot to tell us that you were not at your house. So, on this day we went to your home and did not find you. We returned without completing the cleaning service, as a result. Our company covered the cost of these miscommunications. After failing to find you again at your house during the scheduled hour, we notified you that you would be charged the full cost of the cleaning service for the next cancellation. Several cancellations and reschedules of this type have occurred. At another appointment, our team was in front of your house at the agreed time and you said you were not yet ready for the cleaning service. You were then informed we would remove your name from our cleaning calendar if it happened again. Our last time cleaning your house was an extra cleaning, outside of the regular schedule, due to a family visit. It was scheduled to be cleaned again the following week. Because the cleaning was scheduled every two weeks, we contacted you several times to confirm the next appointment. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response, so we offered your spot to another client. In the following conversation, I explained that we are a small company with limited resources and at the moment we are unable to provide service for you and asked that you contact another company to serve your cleaning needs.
I also disagree with you regarding my aggressive communication style. I grew up in Brazil, and I do not speak perfect English, so my choice of words may sometimes seem aggressive. This may have been interpreted as aggressively by you, for which I apologize formally.
I regret that we were not able to work together. Nevertheless, I wish you the very best for your future!

It’s all in the details! San Diego Housekeeping came recommended by a friend and now I happily recommend their services to you all. Rosi, the owner, first came to our house and walked around while asking questions about our cleaning needs. Already she was focused on the details. I live by the beach and have our windows open all the time. This causes dirt to get trapped on the window sill so this was one of many details I wanted done every time. They do not disappoint.
I also have a medium sized dog that barks and can seem scary if you don’t know her. The cleaning team seem unaffected and so my pup moves on. This gives me peace of mind.
I think many clients expect cleaners to know exactly what they want cleaned but honestly I believe we are all slightly different; if you do not communicate what you desire, you will likely not be happy every time. With Rosi and San Diego Housekeeping, you set the expectation upfront and enjoy the results immediately.
Lastly, I give them high marks for their communication, organization/scheduling and punctuality; something that can be a challenge with other housekeepers.
