I am 3 months post up and couldn't be happier with my results. Dr Barabas has a kind and calming nature, I knew I was in good hands from our first consultation. I was, (and I think he would agree) not a straightforward breast augmentation case but Dr Barabas was always very thorough with his options, explanations and managing my expectations. The surgery itself went well, as did recovery. Fantastic surgeon who not only cares but listens. Would highly recommend ?

I went to Dr Barabas for a recent operation at the Fitzwilliam hospital. I’m delighted with my results and felt completely safe in his hands, trusting that he would produce the results that I wanted. I’m absolutely ecstatic with my results, scarring and healing process as a whole - this is down to Dr Barabas’s skill and knowledge. Dr Barabas was incredibly attentive and listened to what I wanted, keeping me informed with every detail of the procedure; what I can expect throughout the process, how he will do the procedure and what scarring I can expect etc. A brilliant surgeon that I would highly recommend!

I met Dr Barabas in January to discuss the options of cosmetic surgery and to decide the best approach, I instantly felt comfortable and trusted what he was saying, I particularly appreciated his honesty and directness in managing my expectations on any surgical procedure we discussed and his approach to pointing out the pros and cons. Throughout the consultation and consequent discussions Mr Barabas was always extremely helpful and understanding and always gave his honest and frank opinion on the topics discussed. I met several other surgeons in the beginning stages of my investigations and Mr Barabas was the only surgeon I felt genuinely cared and had my best interests at the forefront of his decisions, I proceeded to have liposuction and gynecomastia surgery which was completed recent Mr Barabas has always been on hand to answer any questions I have and put my mind at ease and when I arrived at the hospital he made sure everything was explained to me in regards to the plan for surgery. The surgery went amazingly well and I am recovering already amazed with the results, they’re already far better than I imagined I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Barabas and in fact already have to a friend, his level of skill and expertise are exceptional!

I am currently just over 6 weeks post op from a full abdominoplasty with Mr Barabas and I am over the moon with my results. In the weeks leading up to my surgery Mr Barabas was happy to answer any query or worry I had via email, which I really appreciated and made me feel at ease going in for the procedure. He has been kind, knowledgeable and very down to earth through the whole process. My scar is so neat and tidy already, I can't wait to see how it will look in a few more months. For anyone considering cosmetic surgery I would highly recommend Mr Barabas. I may even be going back to him for round 2!

Dr Barabas is kind, attentive and Incredibly talented. From my first consultation he put my mind at ease, discussing every option avaliable and what would personality suit me best. Throughout pre and post op he always made time to answer any questions i had. You never feel like a number or just another patient. The results from my surgery are more than i could have hoped for and i am blown away by what he managed to achieve.

I have used Mr B twice now for reconstructive surgery. The first time was for a breast augmentation that was undertaken at The Mulberry Clinic at Hinchingbrooke hospital. The hospital itself was nice, clean, lovely rooms and lovely staff. Mr B was great. He brings such a wealth of experience to his surgery, that is delivered with professionalism and empathy for his patients making the whole affair rather tolerable. The surgery went well without any snags or issues and follow up was undertaken in a timely manner. Following such a successful breast augmentation Mr B and I had spoken about the benefits an abdominoplasty can have for individuals experiencing back pain. This I have had chronically following the c-section deliveries of both of my children. As lockdown restrictions eased back in September we spoke again about whether I still wanted surgery and we decided to push ahead. This time surgery was undertaken at One Hatfield, also a lovely hospital with lovely staff and follow up procedures. The surgery itself went well and we were both pleased with my initial recovery. All surgeries carry with them an element of risk, we believed at the time mine would be minimal. Being of a petit frame and slight figure the op was undertaken more to rectify the separation of muscles than anything else, however, much to both of our surprise, at around seven days following surgery we hit a snag. Fat necrosis had, underneath the scar, started to take place. There was a lot of discharge and the wound was not healing. Mr B was calm, reassuring and kind and met with me the following day. There was some further surgery to be undertaken in the following weeks and a week of wearing a VAC dressing was necessary to encourage blood circulation to the area and thus help the wound heal. Today we have finally come to the end of our journey and the results are amazing. My back pain has already reduced significantly, but the icing on the cake has to be the amazing figure I find my self looking at in my reflection. Patience, understanding, expertise, empathy and Magic Hands! Thank You!

Very talented and amazing surgeon! Attentive, patient and someone who is really listening to a patient. I just had Breast augmentation surgery and could not think Mr Barabas enough for the results. After agreeing everything I have asked Mr Barabas to make final decision on sizing and implant shape etc if what I have chose would look out of place. The decision Mr. Barabas had to make during my surgery did not disappoint. I would strongly recommend Anthony to anyone.

Mr Barabas is not only an excellent plastic surgeon, he is also extremely caring and goes the extra mile for his patients. I had surgery last year and can honestly say he is brilliant. His aftercare service is second to none. He is a credit to his profession.

I generally don't write reviews but I feel compelled to say that this surgeon is truly outstanding! I have waited a whole year to write this review in order to be certain I had no complications or adverse effects. One year on I can honestly say Mr Barabas has given me first class surgery and care. I have had no problems since having the surgery and have never been happier or more confident. This man truly knows his stuff and I would not hesitate to recommend him as a first class surgeon to anyone.

Without a shadow of a doubt Mr Barabas is the most conscientious, personable surgeon I have ever come across. Nothing is too much trouble and his attention to your needs is absolute paramount. I just wish there were more surgeons like him; a true benchmark mark of how surgeons should operate. Thank you for looking after me.

Dr Barabas is a very professional, caring, thorough surgeon. His aftercare is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. I will be having more procedures done and of course Dr Barabas will be the surgeon to be doing them. My last procedure was an Abdominoplasty. I was very lucky to find Dr Barabas and glad I did.
