Great place for salons
Our business has been using Salonserve for roughly 2 years and have been thankful for the prompt orders and delivery. The quality of products are great, from massage oil to salon furniture, we can order all our necessities in one place. There is very rarely any issues with orders and stock, and on the one occasion there was, the agent was very helpful in sorting out the issue. They have become our regular retailer. Thank you Salonserve!
Wish I read their reviews before ordering a steamer from them, such a bad customer service, and greedy over £55 steamer which wasn’t working so sent them back which they completely denied that steamer is working and have no issue. Luckily I got proof of conversation and video showing it’s faulty. Asked for refund or credit note as under consumer rights it’s their responsibility to offer genuine items.
But they forcing me to take steamer back which wasn’t working at our salon but they have magic hands and it’s working in their warehouse. Customer service doesn’t exist they have no knowledge how to deal with customers and lack of understanding. So greedy. When I said can I speak to the director of company the answer was it’s family business and she doesn’t wanna involve in this matter . And they can’t sell the steamer to anyone else as it’s missing the packaging which isn’t true ( Also why they wanna sell the steamer to someone else when it’s fault ? Should be sent back to wholesaler where they get their stuff)
They still holding steamer and sold me another one as a preorder which god knows who asked them after this experience and didn’t receive any refund.
Reporting to consumer right as they need to clarify holding my money for faulty items to be sold and I paid to send them back on my cost which isn’t right.
Absolute wrong you haven’t sent me money back for both steamers I’m still waiting for that. Don’t mislead me

If I could give zero stars you would get it. Faulty item returned on 27 April and still no refund. Pathetic excuse that you don’t know how to use PayPal dispute as I had to resort to raising a dispute. Ignoring emails. Absolute disgrace you don’t deserve any custom. Avoid this rip off company as their customer service is zero. Reporting you to trading standards tomorrow.

Hi Debbie, we’re sad to see your review. Your return was received on 9th May and the online platform notified immediately so a refund can be issued. PayPal then refunded on 15th.
Sadly quality has gone down & prices keep going up

I come to collect the wooden couch yesterday and I feel I need to send an extra message and could you please pass it on to the warehouse staff.
I wanted to say thank you again for how brilliant they were. They all come together to get the couch in the back of the car and we’re all so lovely and helpful.
I had travelled an hour and a half (each way) with a toddler, risking that the couch wouldn’t fit in the back of the car. But they were all so polite and lovely and it would have been a struggle without their help. So thank you so much for all going above and beyond. Especially with me bombarding you guys with emails in the morning haha

Excellent and professional service, every time I order from or have dealings with this company I am very impressed with the high level of customer care I receive, I have a small beauty salon and thoroughly recommend it. I was particularly impressed with some help I had from Grace that I needed with some equipment, she was very patient and resolved my issue with genuine care and efficiency.
