Haircut definitely was not what I asked for but since the girl doing it didn't seem to know what she was doing during the cut I was afraid to ask for anything to be fixed or say anything. She didn't even crosscheck. I did go ahead and buy a product and still tipped well but I won't be back. I'll wait a month and go to an actual salon.

I recently visited Great Clips at this location and had a disappointing experience. The haircut felt rushed—the stylist was done in barely 5 minutes and didn’t show much interest or effort. I had to point out parts of my hair she missed, which should have been obvious. The lack of attention to detail and engagement was frustrating. I’m left wondering if my darker skin played a role in the disinterest. Overall, it felt like I was just another task to complete rather than a customer to serve. I hope Great Clips takes customer service and professionalism seriously and ensures that all customers, regardless of background, receive proper attention and respect.
