Booked two haircuts online/via app. We had been there before and given all our info at our prior visit but had to give every bit of information again. The lady at the desk was super rude, she acted like our existence simultaneously annoyed and inconvenienced her.
There were No other customers in the building. If I had time I would have gone somewhere else before she was done rolling her eyes while entering our info into the computer. This same person (Hope, I believe) cut my daughter’s hair and did not do it at all the way we asked and clarified. The other lady (Something with a D- Darlene maybe?) cutting my sons hair was fine as far as customer service, she asked what we wanted, clarified anything she was unsure. His hair is STRAIGHT and he ended up with chunks taken out that looked like stair steps on the top of his head. I tipped because I realize they probably don’t make much but as soon as I walked out the door and noticed the chunks missing out of my sons hair and my daughter saying she was unhappy with her SIMPLE haircut I wish I hadn’t been so generous. No problem, we wont be back. Please Do better.

Let me start off by saying I haven’t had anyone cut my hair in over 25 years. Ive always buzzed my hair or short faded it myself, until 8 months ago when I had a mid life hair crisis and decided I just wasn’t going to cut my hair and allow it to grow. I’m 43 and figured I better let it grow out while Instill have hair. Eight months later my hair had grown a ton but I was also developing quite the mullet. 😂. I’m the kind of guy that likes to do everything myself so I was admittedly a bit nervous about having a random person cut my hair. So, on Friday January 8th with no appointment I walked into Great Clips and asked to have my mullet cut off. I waited maybe 5 minutes and was taken back by a very nice lady (I wish I would have gotten her name because she’ll be cutting my hair from now on). I showed her a blurry screen shot picture of a much younger YouTuber whose hair I aspired to have, and told her that’s what I was going for. I was in the chair for no more than 8 minutes max and she said “take a look”. Not going to lie, I didn’t look in the mirror once the whole haircut, I left the fate of my YouTuber dream hair in her hands. When I saw what she had done with my hair I was in disbelief. She did such an amazing job. I’ve never had longer hair and I’m not going to lie, I can’t stop checking myself out in the mirror. 😊. Thank you mystery hair stylist lady. Next time I go back I’ll get her name and update this review to include her name so you can also have movie star hair like me. 😎Thank you, I’ll be seeing you soon.

I get my hair cut there all the time it’s always been great and the lady’s very friendly and nice
The woman who cut my hair Erica I asked for 3 inches taken off. She cut off 6 inches. My hair was down to my butt and now I can’t even grab it in a ponytail. I would never suggest to anyone to go to this great clips, and then when I asked to speak with the manager, the manager started clapping her hands in my face and saying obscene things, even though I gave the woman a great tip after cutting all my hair off I went back in and said oh my God, my hair is wet so when it dries, it’s gonna be up to my neck. It was down to my butt so that’s terrible. I would never suggest anyone go to this great clips ever ever ever. !!!!!! The manager, a woman who is in her 60s with blue eyes and white hair that shook her head at me and clapped her hands at me while the other girl laughed and recorded me on video is awful like I don’t have no hair left and I have pictures of myself with my hair down to my butt and now it’s above my shoulders. It’s AWFUL don’t go here. Extremely unprofessional! Offered no resolution and offended an already upset customer. Erica also “washed” my hair and didn’t even scrub it. I should’ve got some of my money back! Instead I was met with an angered older woman clapping her hands in my face! Erica laughing and recording me just WOW unbelievable!!!!

Did a horrible job, wasn't in the chair for nothing but 5 minutes, not to mention she overcharged me for it. Supposed to be 14 i got charged 20 and tipped 5. I wouldn't go here agian just go to the sport clips across the street.... edit; she also didn't seem to understand what i was asking her to do i also asked for a beard trim and she pretty much refused to do it. I had to shave the sides of my head and now my hair looks stupid. This person shouldn't be working there.

Everyone heed warning of all of these bad reviews. Brought my children and husband here for simple cuts. They were extremely rude from the start, all 3 ladies we had the displeasure of interacting with. The old lady that cut my both kids hair were short with my children, 5 and 12. They botched my husbands cut left long patches of hair throughout. We didn’t even want to ask to go over it again because of how uncomfortable they made every single one of us. I hoped they enjoyed the tip they did NOT deserve. They didn’t do very good with my girls, but better than his. They were extremely annoyed when I had accidentally booked online at a different location and needed help getting set up at this location. I truly don’t know how they stay open at this location. Go to the one down the street instead. This place needs closed and the old ladies here need a new line of work or to retire. They very obviously do not like human interaction and lack basic socialization skills.
