Frankly, I should have cut my own hair....blindfolded. Asked for a 2 on sides with minimum cut on top. Walked out with a buzz cut all around. Random hairs were missed with the handheld clipper and the neck line is irregular. DO NOT GO HERE!

Literally the worst hair cut I have ever had. I asked for a #2 clip and she shaved my sides and back of my head to nothing. My hair has never been this short in my life. I will never go to another great clips. They aren’t even inexpensive anymore and I thought for a quick trim it would be OK. Stay away from this location.

Jazz is great and she does the haircut the way I wanted. I recommend her if you need an expert haircut

Just ok

You could see clear discrimination between people. Looks like they track who gave treat and treat them accordingly. They assign good barber if you are white. I will never go next time.

Service quality changed. Expert is expected to apply some kind of their own expertise too

Josh is great. I make sure to come in when he’s working and wait for him to get my haircuts. Great guy and great haircuts

Great cuts

We’ve taken my 4 year old to several places but we get the best haircut by Josh. When we were at the store yesterday, a stranger approached me and asked where we got his haircut because it’s so good.

My friend David haircut couldn't get the one up by the apartment because there was an hour and a half wait with one person to do haircuts so we went to this one my friend was actually in the chair getting your haircut by the time I parked the car after dropping her off at the door came inside this is a five star baby go check it out

Great atmosphere

Horrible experience today, on 10/10/23, around 1830 PM at this location. This guy, with a little beard, a little heavyset, has extremely extremely rude behavior, and an attitude like he is David Beckham. He claimed he is the manager of this branch. He claimed his name is Jay, which I doubt. Highly unwelcoming, and would not want to even see a customer, leave alone cut their hair . A highly human phobic person. I have been with Great Clips beyond 11 years now and this is the worst person I have ever seen so far. He would not even share who is senior to him that I can talk to directly. Run away if you see him working. Don’t let him even come out of the back closet.
