I received a great haircut, and was treated like a VIP by my stylist. I'm very impressed with the service I get at great clips Inn Carmel. I will definitely be back!

Precious at Fortune Park (Indianapolis)
so impressed with stylist "Precious" on 8/2/25 at the Fortune Park salon (Indianapolis) She was the only person working. Other stylist running late. She treated & greeted everyone in a friendly, calm, gracious manner. i wasn't in a hurry. I, myself, have been in that unfortunate situation and have learned to be patient. Grace under pressure. i allowed a woman to go ahead of me who wanted a simple updo for an event that she couldn't accomplish on her own. Precious made several attempts to get it done just right...the way the customer's mom used to do her hair for special occasions. i asked the woman if she was attending a wedding or maybe going on a special date. She replied "no, it's for my mother's funeral and the memory of my mom fixing my hair that way and making me feel so special". So glad I gave up my turn to witness Precious working so hard. PLUS, I got a great cut from Precious. Gave me exactly what I wanted and didn't rush. Kudos!!!

They were quick, efficient, and affordable. I got a basic haircut for men. About $20 before tip.

Giving it one star because I can’t give it zero. I know that a bad haircut is a classic thing but this is the worst haircut I have had. I asked for no less then an inch and a half left on the top and when I left I had a military buzz cut. worst haircut of my life. If you think to yourself a Great Clips Is just as good as your regular hair stylist or barber don’t… never again.

I will never be back at this location. Stylist was very forceful with the clippers on my Son. To sit there and watch her do that was upsetting. Why did I sit there and not say anything? Coz she was black and I know she would have thrown it in my face.

As someone who doesn't like sports and likes a well priced haircut (leave a tip people), Great Clips is a great locale. Much better than the Sports clips I drive past to get here. This is my fav local location. Nice people in a good location, and a decent cut. The online check in is very handy.

I am usually very satisfied with my experience at the Great Clips, except today. I had a haircut around 6:30pm on October 2nd 2024. The person who cut my hair seemed to be in extreme hurry. While rushing to finish the haircut which was uneven, she ended up nicking my skin.
