This was the worst haircut my son has ever received. The lady did not listen to us. We will not be back.

I've been to this location before and had great haircuts. Today was horrible. I asked the gal for an inch off and long layers. Her station had a towel on it covered in hair with her scissors. To start my cut, she wiped her scissors on the towel. I should have ran out. She proceeded to cut off way more than an inch. I ended up with a bob, very short in the back. I did not ask for that. She asked if I wanted my bangs cut. I said no I'm good and she proceeded to cut them and now they look terrible. She did whatever she wanted and did not listen to me at all. Now I have to wait for it to grow out.

I went here today on 06/20/2024 with my bf.We both asked the worker Brandi for hair cuts. He got a straight shave and I got a hair trim with 1 inch off and the back of my hair buzzed. When this was done afterwards, my boyfriend noticed that his head was not fully straight shaved, and that there was still hair left over. And when he had asked her to smooth out the sides of his beard and Do a beard trim on him. She never even ended up doing the beard trim. And when she did the head shave and a little bit of lining it up to the same length, and it needing to blend it together she never even did that. Also when she cut my hair it was cut Unevenly and when I asked her for face framing, she never even did it. I’m glad that she never ended up doing it because after seeing the hair trim being uneven, I don’t wanna imagine what it would’ve been like with the face framing. I don’t recommend going here for a haircut at all. And I had to pay $18.00 each for a terrible job. I woulnt recommend this place ever.

I brought my seven year old here for a simple cut, not only did the stylist Brandi yell at him, she was huffing and puffing the entire time…annoyed that he was telling her she was hurting him with the clippers. Plus, she cut his bangs completely uneven. Horrible experience and horrible cut. I would not recommend Great Clips in Carmel, let alone for kids.

I went in today and the utter disappointment and anger I felt cannot be expressed in words throughout the whole experience. I had visibly shown the stylist three pictures. There are also previous notes in my account from how my hair was cut the last time. I repeated over a handful of times that I want just the sides to be short. The top I had spent months on to regain the health and length that I've been wanting. All of that work was gone in what took over thirty minutes for what should have been a simple cut. The condescending tone she had as well with other guests and the constant hard and deep labored breathing during the haircut was such a bother. Listed are the pictures BEFORE AND AFTER on the same day. This is despicable.

Best haircut. I am 100% satisfied. Brandi has done lovely hair cutting. She looks specialist. I would recommend all my friends and family.

Maria is amazing. I have been bringing my son to other Great clips locations. But today’s haircut by Maria was the best I have ever seen my child. I am not going to any other places again. Thank you!

Yes, this location exists. I’ve been driving further away to a more distant location because this didn’t show in my search results. Going forward, I’m here. Beware of the parking lot. It’s way too small for the amount of businesses here.

I got my haircut by Maria today and she did a great job. I had a haircut complication on my last haircut with another place and she was able to cut my hair really well and make the last mistake almost un noticeable. Both ladies in tonight were both so nice and easy to get along with. Make sure you go to Moria if you want it done right!

Maria at the GC I go to, always does a great job! I will stick with her as my hair cut gal!
