Reading all the amazing reviews I decided to book my appointment with Alex. When I arrived at the salon I was told that he is not working here anymore. I think I understood when she was using her hands to tell me. Lots of people were there including running children around. I felt like someone cut my hair in the street. Chair was so low, so I couldn't see myself in the mirror. She used dirty brushes to do my hair. She couldn't speak English. I asked her to do bob , she said trim Yes? I said no bob. Then she cut my hair. I want her to shorten my front hair, she cut at the back instead! and then she laughed. Really? All the time she was talking to other people in different languages, not concentrating on what she was doing. I have to go to another hairdresser to fix all the mess that she made! I will not use this salon ever again. I was shocked!

RUN!! DO NOT USE!! My elderly friend paid for a set of treatments, and has ended up losing more hair than she started with after only 3 out of 8 sessions! Member of staff followed her to the cash point to make sure withdrew her money as didn’t want to take a card payment. Now are refusing to refund the remaining treatments. Awaiting a call from the “Boss” to sort but has not materialised when promised. Used products on her hair which looked like had been bought from PoundLand! I would give a -5 star if I could! Avoid like the plague!
EDIT - Still awaiting a refund after being promised this over two weeks ago.

AVOID. I booked and attended the salon at the booked time of 10am on 26/1/24. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't be fitted in until later in the afternoon which didn't suit me hence why I booked for that time. I then asked for my money back and verbally it was agreed they would bacs me as it was an error on their part for double booking and not mine. They have not given me money back and aren’t responding to emails. Completely unprofessional and poor customer treatment.

I am in love with this place. Ali is an amazing well experienced professional. You just have to go and sit there rest is taken care off by him and his staff. They look after you so well. It was my second visit and I felt being pampered again. There is absolutely zero chance of error as Ali will cut, color nourish your hair according to your face so beautifully that you will definitely not go elsewhere. Highly recommend. Thank you Ali. Super happy!!

Excellent customer service and hair cut. Staff were very polite and even though my haircut was an offer. They even provided a lovely cup of coffee. I would highly recommend this salon. The staff 100% customer service. And a brilliant haircut.

Discusseded I had appointment made a month ago for myself and daughter at 8.30 in the morning,
Guess what no one turned up not a phone call to say there needed to cancel, I walked past again at 9.20 to see someone opening up by this time I had booked in somewhere else very lucky.
I had my worry after reading reviews after this I feel like I dodge a bullet very unprofessional never will book again.

DO NOT GO HERE! Actually awful, I walked out feeling rubbish. Booked asking for highlights, no patch test done and I’d never been before. Didn’t ask what sort of blonde I wanted. Applied bleach and left me with the bleach developing over an HOUR. The same hairdresser was also doing multiple peoples hair, going back and forth and taking so many cigarette breaks, not washing hands and touching our hair. Once washed, no toner given left with a brassy awful highlight colour. The brush used to dry hair was full of other people’s hair, it was disgusting. Would never visit again and highly recommend against going! Customer service was awful and felt forgotten whilst bleach fried my hair. Have parts of my hair sticking up from breakage. Will be reporting further.
