They don't even rate 1 star! Bought on 9/3/25 paid for expedited shipping which should have been a total of 2-5 days for processing and delivery time combined. Finally received on 9/15/25. After all that time they SENT ME A TOTALLY DIFFERENT DRESS! This company is a JOKE. Rude and very limited help with customer service! BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

absolutely the worst customer service-- there IS no customer service - if you need to return or exchange good luck-- I've been emailing everyday for a week n all I get back is a message that makes no sense n they send it over n over so you know it's not being answered by a human being. I'm so angry that I was foolish enough to take a chance with this miserable company. I think it's a scam.
Stick with known names like Amazon- they have almost everything n their return policy is wonderful. Once again DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM SALEDRESS!
I read all of the 5 Star Reviews on <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Fsaledress.com&s=fe2f2fea66bde66e585c2668b1c6186a8787a4eff1f8af56c4e01fed873850d5" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">saledress.com</a> which stated true to size. Well I'm a size 16 in pants/5'7 and ordered a size XXL, thinking it would be too big, which was ok because I have a sewing machine and I liked the outfit just that much. I could barely get my leg in it. I ordered an XL in a different jogger and it fit well and was the right color. I'm not happy with this purchase and will be returning it. I submitted a return and still have not heard back on how to proceed. Their return policy is not to my liking. I'm use to Macy's and Amazon and no run around. I will not be purchasing from them again. The 5 Stars are definitely misleading. I submitted a review that was not posted. It still states all 5 Stars. It is not ok to mislead customers into purchasing your clothes with misleading 5 star reviews. Be careful purchasing and do not believe all the 5 Star reviews. One of my joggers was true to size, cheap material but I only paid $10 for it. Red Flags because my real review was not posted and my refund hasn't been submitted. I have enclosed pictures of what I received and what I was suppose to receive.
