Perfect Stayed in the Royal Villa with my partner which was spacious, quiet and clean including daily turndown service. Private pool was amazing and breakfast was delicious and varied. Had a massage with the spa which was the best we had in Bali. Would stay again!

Perfect choice for our barn! We live in Southern Utah and for three months, we're over 100 degrees (typically up to 120 degrees). Prior to Prodex (10M, R22), we had an evaporative cooler, fans, and misters installed, but everything still felt hot. We tested the roof and the temperature was 170 degrees! My friend indicated that without insulation, we'd never be able to overcome that. So - I started my insulation search. We had companies come out, and I couldn't decide on what I wanted (although I knew I didn't want spray foam because I hated the way it looked). I found Prodex, watched the YouTube review videos on it for other metal structures (before and after with metal garage temperatures being taken) and I was sold. I also bought the tape and glue - but I recommend using Gorilla Construction glue with the hot temperatures I'm experiencing. Some of the pieces with Prodex's glue are coming undone from the heat, but the Gorilla is holding up - so this is the only change I'd make. I absolutely love the insulation. It looks exceptional in my barn and makes it look brand new - plus it drops the temperature 15-20 degrees from outside (with everything running and on). We also had great luck during the winter so my radiant heater didn't have to run so long! Prior to Prodex, I ran it endlessly - but with it - roughly 10-20 minutes is all I need! I'm ordering another roll to finish the front of my barn (currently a weak point in my system), but I absolutely love it and recommend it to every equestrian who wants to insulate their barn! It's easy (and light) to work with too!

Comfortable stay We enjoyed our villa stay over the 4 nights! Room is very spacious and clean, breakfast choices are really good. Villa location is close to many good restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend if you are staying in Seminyak!

Exceptional Service! Just got back from a wonderful stay at Uma Sapna in Seminyak. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Seminyak but still a peaceful retreat. Our villa was spotless, thanks to the excellent housekeeping team. There was a bit of construction noise nearby, but the management offered us either a move to another villa or a complimentary spa treatment. We opted for the spa, and it was amazing! Overall, Uma Sapna offers fantastic service, a great location, and pristine cleanliness. Highly recommend it for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Bali!

I am so very, very impressed in my dealings with all team members of WR Engineering to date. Last Saturday the blustery winds loosened and dislodged a large section of my side fence which was installed four years ago. My phone calls to the afterhours POC were dealt with promptly as was the call on Monday morning at 0800hrs to inform me that a representative would be on their way to fix my fence. Pieter Marx was on site as promised and fixed my fence within a very short period of time. He even apologised that the screws did not match the fence colour, a minor point in my view! His professionalism and pleasant manner to fix what I thought was not the easiest of repairs was very much appreciated. Thank you WR Team!!

Horrible customer service Only half of my items showed up. They wouldn't do anything about it. Basically told me to screw myself. Cost me thousands of dollars. Due to contractor and rentals of machines with out my materials to work with. Would never work with this company again

This customer overrode our policy and told the carrier to leave the insulation in an unprotected area outside of a gate. He also told the shipper no signature was required. As a result, the customer released the carrier from liability. The carrier stated all was delivered and no claim can be filed because of the customer’s actions. We require our carriers to get a signature to avoid the potential of such an event. If a customer elects to over-ride our instructions, and tells the carrier otherwise, he/she does so at their own risk. The customer doesn’t dispute the above facts. Compensating individuals for such actions would result in our having to increase our prices to you - We aren’t going to do that.
