We had our garage door serviced and wanted a squeek addressed. Technician left after service and mentioned that the door was functioning well. Less than a day later i noticed the squeek was still there. I called to arrange a follow up appointment to address the squeek that was still occuring. When the technician had finished he went on to charge me for the call out. I am not happy about this as it was supposed to be dealt with from the original service call. If the technician had advised me at the time to spray a lubricant to stop the squeeking that would have been all he had to do. At no time when i made the follow up service call was i advised this would incur another charge. Not happy WR. Tony

Absolutely the most prompt emergency service and professionalism I have seen in such a long time. Timely arrival, communication all the way thorugh from the time I rang with my desperate situation to the office, to the resolve at home. Matt was professional and prompt and corrected our situation in no time, with ease and with communication all the way thorugh, explaining to me his arrival time, through to what he fixed and future service requirements to prevent it in the future. Couldn't have a better service delivered, and on a Friday as an emergency! A garage door with minimum damages been quoted to replace with $5k price tag by WR Engineering, other local company fixed it within 2 hours. I don't feel that the services is for my best interest, there is a clear conflict of selling doors rather than fixing my problem or being helpful.
