The staff was very kind but I must share the experience I had with safe tech auto. Four separate times , four separate days , four days I had to take off work for them to replace and reset my windshield . My windshield is still whistling loudly every time I drive because the windshield is not set right. 4 trips to this location and the issue is still Not repaired .

We set up an appointment and we showed up early. The tech my wife spoke to said it can take 2 to 4 hours depending on how busy they were. We were in and out in an hour and for less than they quoted us. If I ever have need of more windshield replacement, I know who's getting my business. We got a quote from a dealership for a lot more. Glad we checked around. Safe Tech had lots of exemplary reviews.
