Set an appointment for Dr Mueller and the admin staff told me to come in at 2pm for a 2:30 start time. When I got there, they said my appointment wasn't until 3:30pm. I had double checked this time because I live so far away. They even gave me a reminder call 2 days before confirming my 2:00 arrival. Since they changed my appointment at the last second, I couldn't wait, I had other things to do. Terrible. If you live in everett and you need to be seen for ENT, go to Lynnwood or Marysville. This place is awful!!
