Four Seasons Glass came out to our business to replace a window that was vandalized. Their response time was quick and we appreciated that. They installed amber glass and not clear. They did not correctly apply sealant to the edge. Our window cleaner pointed that out to us. We called to have the glass changed to clear like should have been originally installed. They were courteous and said it would be 2 weeks. Great! 2 weeks came and no new glass. Called again and was told it would be done April 20th. Nope. Called again April 28th and was told "I WILL BE OUT TODAY AND DO IT MYSELF PERSONALLY". NOPE! Called again today April 29, 2022 call went to voicemail. Cant leave a message as the mail box is full

Had all the single pane windows in our house replaced with double pane windows in OCT-2018. We like the new windows, we do not like many other aspects of the job. After the work there was broken glass all over the ground outside the house and inside the house. One window was installed backwards and promptly fixed. Another hinged window didn't open/close after the replacement; the first attempt to fix involved grinding the window frame which I immediately halted. The second attempt to fix it, which meant re-applying the glazing, corrected the problem. After 10 months, one window failed (Low-E coating peeled off). This company did not support their warranty and after waiting another 8 months for a remedy, I am now looking for a replacement from someone else. :(

Had some issues at first but the two new employees came to my home and made things right. They're attempting to put the company back together and are willing to do what it takes to get it done. Will definitely use them again in the future, thanks guys!
