I loved there work!! Gary and Jerry were very dedicated, 4 hours and showed how important it was to keep the customers happy just by showing how important it was for my furniture to come out looking clean and brand new. Still currently drying, but very happy. Great customer service definitely will recommend!
I called for a quote and it was for a 1 bedroom 5th wheel with 4 slides for carpet in 2 rooms and a deep clean 200 dollars, then a friend call for a 3 bedroom double wide 4 rooms of carpet and a deep clean price 200 dollars. Umm What's up? I feel like I was going to be ripped off. Thank but no thanks I'll call someone else and won't be referring this company.
Safe Bright Organics were very professional when they came in to do their general carpet and upholstery cleaning, I would 100% recommend going with a professional service rather than doing these services yourself. My family and I used to do these cleaning ourselves but the difference in quality is night and day. After getting these two services done I would actually look into their other offers like the water damage and pet stain treatments, just based on the quality they delivered today.
I can't stress how professional and kind the men were, 5/5 would highly recommend.

My 11 year old carpeting has fallen victim to a house full of kids and a new puppy. I was looking to just get it clean enough to tolerate until we can get new carpet. From the looks of it after Dillon and Daniel got finished with it, that timeline can be moved back. I cannot believe how good it looks. I had a coupon, so I will be honest in saying I became skeptical when variables that increased the price started entering the picture if I wanted maximum cleaning. Since I had shopped around, I knew bottom line for the services were in keeping with others but since it was more than double the coupon price I was hesitant. The customer service representative I worked with (Jerry) predicted a 90% improvement in my carpet's appearance and backed it with a guarantee, so I let them do it. I am totally pleased with my decision. I feel like Jerry was honest and his techs did a great job. I actually already referred a friend to SBO and they haven't been gone 30 minutes.

Safe bright organics came out and cleaned 4 rooms with high heavy traffic areas including pet treatment in needed areas. Jerry and his team was informative and professional. One was in training... I witnessed Jerry training a co-worker, Lonnie and was very patient and at the same time detailed. I was pleasantly impressed with Gary, as he is a personable person. We had a water pipe bust, house had 4" of water in 3 rooms.
Safe Bright showed up in a hurry and was able to get the water out, dry the structure and got my home back to where it needed to be, while keeping me well informed along the way.
They were able to deal directly with our insurance and made sure to get everything handled.
When dealing with an emergency like this, they were able to provide great service, professionals trained to do the job correct, but most importantly very friendly and informed services... They earned a customer for life.

They came out within three hours of us calling them, walked through the house to inspect the carpet with a UV light, explained everything that was recommended for us upfront and shared tips on how to maintain our carpets.
