The appointment in question fell on a day when Howell experienced historic flash flooding. Roads were closed, emergency responders were active throughout the area, and buildings had collapsed. For the safety of our employees, we made the decision to suspend non-emergency work that day. The safety of our crews will always come first.
Unfortunately, after being informed of the delay, your husband directed abusive language toward one of our office managers, including calling him an “asshole.” Your deposit was immediately refunded, and we canceled the project. Despite that, you later came to our office and continued using derogatory language toward members of our staff.
We respect every customer’s right to share their experience, but we also have a responsibility to protect our employees from abusive behavior. We will not ask our team to work for anyone who treats them disrespectfully.
As for the reviews you referenced, several relate to weather events and snow service delays that were caused by circumstances completely outside of anyone’s control. While we understand those situations can be frustrating, they do not reflect a lack of commitment to our customers.
We genuinely wish you the best with your new landscaping provider and hope your project turns out exactly as you envision.
