Very good experience, I could pick up the car in Kota Kinabalu and return in Sandakan (with a fee). Very convenient pick up and drop off, good car and responsive service. There was a bit of miscommunication in the beginning - but they resolved it quickly.

CLL provided the best car rental service i have received in my life. They were incredibly accommodating for us picking up and leaving the hire car in different locations and generally very competitive with the price they offer. More importantly however, they are there for their customers in tough times. To elaborate, we had a crash with a driver while using the hire car (see picture below). The team at CLL guided us through the whole procedure in a calm and very professional manner. I truly considered this excellent service above and beyond what they are required to do. All my compliments to CLL. I could not recommend them enough.
