Bait and switch Most incompetent, untrustworthy service put there. They have a guy Phillip Gaines who does a lovely British dog and pony show with one of his mates to guaranteed this is a great company. Looks like we all fell for it. To be replaced with AI bots constantly. No answers. Bottles of meds not filled. Refusal to actually be stand up professionals and truly refund they strip you away of an "early cancel" fee which anyone in their right mind would do given they cannot even get the right dosing of meds. And then they are slapped with $150 early cancel fee..so you are left broke and without meds. What a damn scam joke.

SCAM! Paid for full 6 months - received nothing! This company appears to be a scam at this point. Within 24 hours of filling out the initial questionnaire I was granted a prescription without medical consultation. I approved my prescription on 9/23. After several days without communication I contacted customer service who told me they couldn’t meet demand. I waited - without response to my requests to information. In fact I did not hear from the company until I posted an online review. A representative contacted me on 10/5 to offer a refund in full or overnight shipping with tracking information no later than cob 10/6. I chose shipment IF the product went out as promised and requested refund if not. No response before COB yesterday - overnight I was told to be patient. Then today blamed for delay for not approving my prescription- which I had done - and addressed previously. I believe this company a SCAM. I’ve never had a company steal hundreds and hundreds of dollars from me or caught up in a scam at all. Whether the company has at some point shipped some customers medication, Facebook and Reddit reviews flag many, many accounts of failure to ship medication, refusal to respond to inquiries, offering refund and then failing to issue said refund - or not - this is NOT a company I would recommend you entrust your hard earned money or your health. BUYER BEWARE! Payment for six months of medication has been stolen from me! Save yourself the heartache.

Theresia and Alex helped me so much. They both worked very heard to ensure that I was happy with my order. I stopped in and Alex helped me look at the equipment. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Theresia and Alex had to order me a walker that wasn't available in the store. After I ordered it, it arrived 2 days later. I live 45 miles away and I'm so grateful that I was able to have this walker delivered to my home.

I am an individual not a business customer. I needed some medical supply for my grandmother, which is of very limited supply and could not get it from any other medical suppliers as they don't supply to individual customers. When I contacted Mr. Julio Amorin through phone regarding this, he went out of his way to get it to me on time and kept me updated through every step in the process. Purchase a scooter through RXPRO. They were very professional. When my scooter that was send to my house became defective from the manufacture who did not respond to help. Juilo from RXPRO came to help. We took back the scooter and loan me another till he is able to get a new one back for me from the manufacture. What above and beyond service 5 stars
