We used three sons to do a full master bathroom remodel. Two biggest fears of hiring a general contractor, poor quality or poor communication. Ty and Ali are great to work with and communicate well, and we had no issues with the quality As with any re-modoel, we discovered some unexpected issues (i.e mold) Ty and team did a great job working through potential options to still arrive at great outcome. We are very happy with the new bathroom, and would use Ty again if we do any more major renovations

3 sons did an excellent job remodeling all our bathrooms, quality work, and professional. Brad and Ollie went above and beyond helping to move out an old fridge. We would recommend their work to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

Ty and his amazing crew at 3 Sons Construction just recently finished up a kitchen remodel project for our family. Before we started the project, I consulted with 4 different contractors about our project. Ty was the 3rd person I met with, and after meeting with him, I said to my wife, “I don’t know how the 4th person will be, but I have a strong feeling he’s going to be the guy who does our kitchen remodel”. Ty just listened so much better than the other contractors I spoke with. He truly wanted to make our vision become a reality, and he and his team nailed it. Our project included removing a wall separating our living room and kitchen, redoing our entire kitchen layout, new cabinetry, island with a custom built-in bench, appliances, and more custom built-ins as part of converting our pantry to a mud room. It took 8 weeks for the bulk of the work with some finishing touches trailing behind just a bit. Ty communicated so well with us along the way – he explained things, addressed concerns, answered our questions, etc. Ty and his crew were extremely friendly, easy to be around and get along with, and all the subcontractors who he brought in were very friendly and professional as well.  We are in love with our new kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the result. I’d highly recommend Ty and his crew for any remodeling work.

Recently had our roof replaced by Three Son's Construction. Ty's communication was fantastic. He gave multiple options to accommodate the best look with our current siding - and the price was a great value for the size of our home. The removal, installation and cleanup was done on time and the crew was very considerate of taking care of things around our property including moving and covering items on our back deck. The roof looks fantastic and we've received multiple compliments from neighbors. We'll be using Three Sons again in the future.

Ty and his team did an outstanding job for us. They finished our entire basement and then rebuilt our fireplace and added built-ins around the fireplace. We are extremely impressed with their work and their attention to detail. Ty and his team make sure to do the right thing. There were often issues that I likely wouldn’t have noticed that he or his team brought up and corrected to ensure a perfect finish. During this difficult time with labor shortage and material delays they worked well with us to complete our projects in a timely fashion and with the highest degree of craftsmanship. We would highly recommend!

3 Sons was very professional and when we made changes, they were accommodating and fair. The only reason I did not give him 5 stars was because we had a deadline that was pushed to the very last day. (Please note, I do not blame them totally for this issue. Receiving supplies at the time of our project was not totally in their control.)

We met with three sons construction and presented our vision of a speakeasy bar in our lower level of our ranch home. Ty had great ideas to bring our vision to life and worked with us along the way to make adjustments to ensure that the end result was the best reflection of our vision. During this project, we added a remodel of our guest bathroom and two guest bedrooms. Ty is a talented designer along with managing a crew of construction workers, plumbers, electricians, and others who are committed to doing the best job they can and meeting your expectations. They are responsive to feedback and a pleasure to work with, even when dealing with stressful situations. I highly recommend contacting this firm to discuss your next remodel project.

Ty, Brad, Josh, and Ali did an awesome job on our addition above the garage! We added a laundry room and two bedrooms and we couldn't be more happy with it. Very honest team of guys, it was great having them as a part of our family for the summer. If you are having a hard time deciding who to use, go with these guys, they make it easy and you can trust them.

We were very pleased with the work they did replacing our deck. We received a weekly status in the weeks leading up to our project, and daily updates on changes needed when weather was uncooperative. Communication was exceptional. Quality of materials was excellent. All people we spoke and worked with were pleasant, respectful and considerate of our home. The work area was thoroughly cleaned up following. A walk through was done with us upon completion to ensure that we were happy with the finished product, and we appreciated their attention to any small details. I would recommend without any hesitation, and will use them again in the future if we need work done!

We hired 3 Sons for a full kitchen remodel. We had gotten quotes from about four different places and went with them because Ty impressed us with his prompt communication and dedication to our project. He was also able to work within our budget more than the other places. The entire crew was amazing to work with. They began demo in mid-April and Ty made sure they had the project finished by the end of May for our daughter's graduation party. We absolutely love our new kitchen and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a remodel!

Ty & his crew were fantastic to work with and did an awesome job. I added a lanai covering to my deck and it turned out great. Ty is a super nice guy and kept me updated with every step of the job. 3 Sons Construction did a fantastic job. Although it took a year with delays from suppliers it’s finally finished and we couldn’t be more pleased!!

We had Ty and his crew put all new windows in our home, along with interior and exterior trim. They did a very nice job and got the job done in a timely manner.

My house was in need a new roof. The response time of the estimate and roof replacement was excellent. I even had them replace the gutters at the same time. My wife was impressed with the fact that not one of the plants in the landscape were affected by the work.

After the storm of 2020 tore through our place, we immediately called 3 Sons for help. Tesir was prompt and knowledgeable on all the projects that had to be done to get us back up and running. We needed a new roof, new siding on the whole back side of our house, and a completely new deck. Among everyone else who had been hit and the obstacles we all faced, Tesir pushed through to maintain my wants and needs through all the changes we had. He consistently kept us up to date and made sure I agreed with each step. We came under budget and showed off all his work at my son's graduation party. I will use 3 Sons over and over and highly recommend them for any need you may have.

Thank you 3SC for your great job. We really appreciate your efforts and dedication towards the work. 3SC finished our 1000 SF lower level in Altoona, IA. The scope of work included framing, insulation, duct work, plumbing, dry-wall and electrical. Communication with the 3SC team was regular and professional. Work was completed in a timely manner. We made multiple changes to the original contract, all changes were promptly quoted and added to the contract without difficulty. We highly recommend 3SC.

Ty has completed 3 different remodeling projects in our home. He listens to our ideas and then comes back with creative options. These projects have added significant value to our home and we are enjoying the finished results. He has completed these at a fair price and within our budget.
