Just purchased a ZT Avenger, Kohler engine, 54” deck. Great experience from initial conversation on the phone to loading it in my trailer. Russ worked with me on selecting the right mower for my needs and steered me clear from some shady financing opportunities that had been made available to me on the internet. I won’t go anywhere else from now on for mower and small engine repair needs. Thank you for the excellent advice and service!!!
Do not trust their service
Completely unprofessional and incompetent. I would never trust them with any service, not even for something as simple as a toy tractor. My experience was deeply disappointing, and the lack of expertise was evident. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
Russ sold me a BRAND NEW Bad Boy mower. It still doesn't work. I've taken it back to him 4 times for warranty work. He can't even fix a BRAND NEW mower. Warranty is WORTHLESS. Bad Boy, Briggs & Stratton and Russ are completely USELESS.

Put in an inquiry to have my zero turn picked up to be fixed and was quoted $175 by the service manager. Which isn’t cheap to begin with, but I was fine with that. Called in and the service manager was out and ‘Russ’ won’t honor that and says it will be well in excess of $200. I realize it’s a small business but that’s even less reason to no be in the same page. Even less reason to not honor what your service manager quotes. He acted like I’m in Michigan.
If i i could put no stars i would i brought a battery from here put it in a new mower and the battery was dead and. Would not charge called him up he said that he was not replaceing battery. So beware does not back his products

i explained to you that maybe your machine was not putting out a charge and if you brought it to me i would check it for free and you hung up on me. i helped you out on a Sunday when i was closed. so now you want to bad mouth me please have a great day
Had some issues starting my snow blower. I describe the issue to Russ and he was able to properly diagnose the issue. I appreciate their honesty and some good pointers about fuel maintenance. Affordable and fair pricing. They picked it up, fixed it and dropped it off within two days. Thank you again Russ's Lawn!

Great customer service. I took a suitcase generator to them to replace the pull cord. Because my security guards needed it for night work, they fixed it right away. I will be recommending them and using them for any small engine repair in the future.

Tyler was nothing short of excellent. I was a new customer. We talked equipment for about 15 minutes. I asked questions about a few difficult properties I manage and he gave recommendations on how I can better utilize my equipment to reduce my manual workload. I am now set up with them to service my Hustler Super Z’s and all my trimmers.
