The quality of my CDs are absolutely brilliant and I cannot fault them at all the colours look amazing! However, the service I had upon ordering was a little frustrating.
I ordered my CDs with a 3-4 week turnaround. But 7 weeks later, I still hadn't received my order nor had I received any communication from them about where my order was. I emailed them twice and got no response. So I phoned up and they informed me that the casing for my CDs had been stuck in customs for 2 weeks but they were hoping it would be delivered soon. Even if the item had been stuck in customs for 2 weeks, that 2 week delay was still several weeks after my order should've been completed and delivered by. I would've appreciated at least an email update as to the status of my order so I could at least get a refund and go elsewhere as I ended up missing my album release date and couldn't send out my pre-orders to several hundred customers. I ended up receiving my order 8.5 weeks after ordering.
Despite a customs delay, Rush Media Print's product quality on the vinyl sleeves is excellent. Their efforts to resolve the delay were appreciated. Thank you!

Communication was excellent!!
Quality of digipaks; pretty good, though wherever they are made, they could be cut a bit better, a lot of excess card (small bits) hanging off them.
Additionally, some had dark marks on them? as if already worn in (I had ordered satin/matt digipaks)... perhaps that was a factory error?? I do not know.
Cds; Audio is perfectly fine and the front print is very good, sadly I had found some to be slightly scratched.
I'd recommend Rush Media to double check on occasion when burning said discs.
Despite the long extended wait time (due to issues in transport) I was pleased with the outcome.
I must add that their pricing is pretty good, compared to other shops/companies.
I can only give 4 stars due to the reasons stated above.
Would I use Rush Media again? Yes I most likely would.

Rush Media Print has the best customer service! Their service is second to none, and the process was easy and professional. The CDs looks absolutely amazing, and they were able to make the CDs before my EP launch and concert. They're very good with communication and getting back to you in time.
