Stay Away from RunBuggy I had RunBuggy deliver a car of me in May from Ohio to Western NY. There was some damage and I reached out to RunBuggy twice and never received a response back, apparently they don't want to deal with a damage claim. My advice is to STAY AWAY from RunBuggy!

Brand new golf R. Scratches on the grill scratches on the front emblem scratches on the hood emailed run buggy and no call back no return email. I guess I'll let Farmers deal with them.

Extremely bad experience. Drivers don't show up, support doesn't respond to emails, and when I called someone answered and just goes "call back later our systems are down". Also, they make YOU, the customer, deal with their angry drivers. Unreal.

It’s fascinating how carriers demand constant updates on every minor change. Even the slightest dissatisfaction can lead to account closure. Customers are expected to initiate calls for every tiny update or adjustment, but when they do, they’re met with silence. It’s evident that carriers prioritize their own convenience over customers’ time and well-being. As a result, clients end up blaming the carriers for RunBuggy’s mistakes, leading to a loss of trust and a decline in customer loyalty. Consequently, transporters become even more hesitant to work with RunBuggy.

RunBuggy Reserve met all of our - very high - expectations. Shipping a Dodge Demon plus the 250lb race crate and four wheels and tires across the country is not a normal ask. But Steve Swinnerton, who heads up the Reserve division, made the process painless with his high-touch concierge approach. In a world as variable and opaque as car shipping, it’s a relief to discover and use RB Reserve. Not the cheapest but the best.

First time users and it was a great experience. Steve was awesome and very flexible with our schedule. Our Porsche Spyder picked up and dropped back with friendly drivers. Very transparent with the whole experience and we will definitely call Steve with RunBuggy for our next road trip adventure.

Won’t pick up my jeep in Florida. It’s been two weeks after purchase. I’m paying for a car I don’t have yet. They wont send an individual transporter to get it. They keep trying to send big transporters that cancel.

Steve at Run Buggy made the transport of my car seamless. From my home out west and then back a week later. The transporters they work with are meticulous with their cargo. I was very impressed. Great service and communication during transport as well.

Worked with Steve Swinnerton of RunBuggy Reserve who handled all the details to getting my car to a Rally (and back) in a timely fashion. Car’s safe and sound. Good communication. Would recommend and will use again.

Car came and delivered as expected. The service is easy enough to communicate with but they need to take better initiative in giving accurate times. I was told it was to deliver between 10 am to 4 pm. Car didn't come until after 8 pm. I complained to their operator and she blamed the driver for giving a bad time. I don't really see that as a good reason as it is their driver and the company should be responsible for reporting accurate times or at least timely updates. Any delivery time for me would be fine as long as its accurate. I basically took a day off work for nothing.

Setting up as a carrier took 3 months — already a red flag. Now after a simple insurance renewal, we’ve been trying to reactivate the account for 10 days with zero response to emails or calls. This isn’t just slow — it’s completely unprofessional. A compliance team that ignores carriers like this shouldn’t be handling business operations at all. If you’re considering working with them, be ready for delays, silence, and wasted time.

We experienced an issue with our account being deactivated by RunBuggy. While it’s a large company and it can take some effort to reach the right people, once you do, the support is very helpful. As a carrier, that makes a big difference. I especially want to thank Laquitta at RunBuggy , she was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to assist us. Whenever you call ask for her 😅

Dear carriers, be aware that this broker is very corporate-minded. They may close your account without reason, and if you try to check your payment status, you cannot because you no longer have access to your account. You also cannot make a claim against their bond, as they do not provide any rate agreement. They fail to properly instruct their customers, who end up unhappy and often blame the carriers. Stay away.
