Sam and his crew at Elite Solutions were absolutely incredible. When the hurricane left our home in shambles we were at a complete loss of what to do. From the moment of contact Sam was Johnny-on-the-spot. He knew exactly what needed to be done - from the physical work needed to the paperwork requirements of our insurance and was always in communication with us.
The entire crew worked tirelessly until the job was completed and it was a full gutting of the interior and removal of all the fixtures, cabinets, etc.
In summary, we give them 5 stars and would highly recommend their services.

Restoration solutions has been a nightmare. Sam was quick to come out for an estimate ensuring things would be done promptly and the problem would be taken care of. Once payment was received is when things took a left turn. Sam kept saying he was trying to get us on the schedule but kept pushing us back because “emergencies” came up. Was the problem with my house not an emergency? Or were they too busy trying to get other sales? So the we can start Saturday quickly turned into a Wednesday start date. During that waiting time Sam stated he would text me to let me know if anything changed. I never received messages and had to reach out to get myself scheduled. The crew came out and made a mess of insulation from my bathroom all the way onto my porch. They stated they would be back the next day to finish at 8am. At 1:30am Sam texted me saying they wouldn’t be coming when expected. During this time the walls were open but the treatment hadn’t been done. Sam ensured a zip and seal to protect the area, but that was not used. I was concerned for my babies safety as the walls were now wide open but not treated and their equipment was left all over my house. They finally showed up did the treatment and put the machines in. Sam requested that someone he knows comes out from an HVAC company to address his concerns. The HVAC company quote was ridiculous and did not have anything to do with the mold but getting a whole new system and clean (the system was cleaned less than a year ago). I believe Sam would have made profit of of this transaction if it would have gone through. We got a second opinion and they stated our machine was in good clean condition and that there is no way the mold that was caused by the AC but was likely from the leak in the roof a year prior that has been fixed (which Sam knew). While we were waiting for the estimate from his HVAC recommendation I was attempting to schedule them to come and fix the walls. He kept saying that I NEED to do something with the HVAC for him to finish his job. After about a week of Sam refusing to fix the walls (which he stated the hvac needed access to for their repairs— you do the math lol) we told him that we do not want anything with the AC system and to fix the walls. Once that was said Sam stated that he was going to schedule repairs. He then told me to leave a key on my front porch “at all times” so they can have access to my house whenever they need. I stated that I was not comfortable doing that and I will be home to let them in when needed. Sam stated that he could get a lockbox for the key but disregard my wants of being home when they were here. Sam then told me I was scheduled for the drywall to be fixed between 7-11am. I texted Sam at 10:30 asking if someone was coming and received no response. The other customer in my party also reached out and got no response until 12:30. Sam stated he would see. I received a call from his scheduler stating they are trying to find someone to do the job. Huh?! How was I scheduled for the job before someone was found? And then to no call no show? I texted Sam asking why this happened and he blamed the other customer in my party!! Stating that the job is delayed because he took too long to say that the HVAC people are not doing work so once that was “sorted out” the person had been scheduled. Sam texted me that we are on the schedule at 1pm the day prior and never said any different. How was a decision made too late if everything was scheduled? He then kept requesting to just come and pick up his machines and did not have a solution for the work to be completed. He was stating that he cannot promise anything and I can find someone else to do the job. So, Sam and his team left me with holes in my walls. I have since found a team to pick up where he left off. Sam cannot be trusted. He lies and tries to blame things on the customer, emergencies or anything that he can. There is no real schedule and your time isn’t important to them. The communication is lacking and is not professional. I would not recommend them for any of your needs.

Emergency response to house flood and water mitigation. They were fast arriving and tackled the water and mess. So careful with our things and pets. Sam is a machine! They were so amazing I hired them for the entire remodel. Matt and Sebi are such gentlemen while working endlessly. They all never stop till it's perfect. THANK YOU to RESTORATION SOLUTIONS by ELIE LLC. Sam Diligianis came by a couple of days after Hurricane Beryl hit Lake Jackson, Tx. I had a 60-foot pecan tree fall on my house damaging my roof with limbs punching through the roof and into two bedrooms. It rained over 10” the day of the hurricane and every day post thus leaving a very big mess with wet carpet, bedding, sheetrock, ceiling, insulation…etc. Sam was very upfront with what his company could do for me and excellent advice on how to proceed. They came in and took out all the insulation, sheetrock, carpet, carpet padding and other items in the rooms that were damaged and molding which was past saving. They then decontaminated all the wall studs, ceiling members, floor, and items that were salvageable. Then fans and dehumidifiers were set up to dry the house out after so much water had entered. The crew (Sam and Matt) were very professional and worked very efficiently throughout the process. They also wrapped and packed all salvageable items and hauled to a storage unit I had rented. A great overall job!

They're the epitome of restoration; no issues encountered! It was a random search "mitigation near me". Sam and Matt and Sebastian and others were super helpful. My house came together in the best possible way. I was hoping for faster but it was 3 months. I endured a fire in one bedroom. Don't get amazon indoor fire pit.
The only moment of fear was because there were too many fires, USAA was slow to send Payment but they were careful that I would not get "burned". My monies were going to my mortgage servicer, which wasn't exactly the best situation, due to poor communication at times.
The red cross came through and handed over several hundred to get me through a month , thankfully. My mortgage company needed special check endorsement which took more time (estate administrator). The workers don't work on zero money and I can't blame them. At the end of the day they put everything together exactly as it had been. They saw me through from start to finish and I definitely recommend them!
