While most of them did not reply via email as I had requested, or did not reply at all, R&R repled to me expeditiously and addressed many of my concerns and questions in the first email exchange. I paid $2,000 to this firm and received absolutely nothing in return. This has been an incredibly unprofessional experience, characterized by a complete lack of preparation and communication. The attorney failed to gather any evidence for the case. In fact, even the judge questioned why he showed up to court with zero information. He only made an appearance to speak with the inmate once the day before a payment was due and hasn’t been heard from since. Communication is non-existent. They don't respond to calls or messages. You can only ever get through to an assistant named Lily, who says she knows nothing every time she’s asked for an update. I am reporting this matter to the State Bar of Arizona and would strongly advise anyone else in this position to do the same. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of money.

Huge shoutout to Harlene, she was so patient and answered all my questions clearly. I got my first traffic citation and I was a little nervous so I had a bunch of questions. I submitted a Free Case Evaluation form and got a reply first thing in the morning from Harlene. She gave me clarity and gave advice on what to do. She always replied quickly and put my mind to ease. She's extremely capable and I strongly recommend her.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I had a racing charge and they only dropped it to a reckless with 8 points on my license. I could’ve done that myself. The cops also didn’t have my speed radar or laser. I talked to other people who had the same charges who used different lawyers and they all got their charges dismissed. I had no tickets prior too. Waste of money. Don’t use for racing charges.

I hired R&R Law group to handle my Criminal Speeding case. I was charged with going 105 mph on the Loop 202. I was facing a Criminal Conviction and suffering the potential repercussions of a criminal record for the rest of my life. My Attorney Taylor Mackie was a skilled and experienced negotiator and negotiated a resolution as a regular Speeding ticket; and NOT a criminal Conviction. I placed my trust and future in Taylor Mackie's hands, and she really came through for me. She navigated my case successfully and Im really grateful for for her help. My experience with R&R was disappointing. I chose them because they said they would fight for me but my entire experience with them was weak overall. I wasted a lot of money on what ended up being a plea deal. They gave me zero confidence that they would go on the offensive which is what I wanted from the beginning and I was upfront about that. If you’re wanting someone to stand up for your civil rights and fight for you, I’d look elsewhere. What a waste.

I was promised the case would be fought, but the attorney admitted he didn’t speak with the officer, and no evidence was presented in court. The case was lost with almost no defense. Not worth the money. Would not recommend.

Before hiring an attorney from this law firm, I read several negative reviews. I decided to give them a chance anyway — that was a mistake. I paid $1,500 in attorney fees, in addition to paying for the ticket itself and mandatory alcohol classes. This was not a DUI and it was my first-time offense. I was told they would fight my case, speak with the officer, and work to defend me properly. None of that happened. At court, the attorney told me, “Sorry, I couldn’t defend you. The judge didn’t let me talk.” When I asked whether there was any video or proof of my alleged violation, I was told no, and that the police officer did not present any evidence. When I asked if the attorney spoke with the officer as promised, he admitted he did not. It felt like this firm simply took my money, showed up, and did the bare minimum without actually defending me. This was an easy case with no evidence presented, yet it was still lost. I’m not sure if the attorney was inexperienced or just unprofessional, but either way, the service did not match what was promised. Save your money and look elsewhere. I do not recommend this law firm.

R&R Law Group and my attorney Jushin Gill are the best! He has now helped me resolve 2 criminal traffic cases with the worst outcome being a Civil fine. I was told the county I committed the infraction was very strict on speeding laws and leaned towards jail time. I left my case in Mr. Gill’s hands and a few weeks later he told me he could bring it down to Civil. I was elated! I thought for sure I would’ve gotten a criminal conviction considering it was my second violation in around a year, but he saved me once again.

Harlene on intake was great and welcoming. I wish I could say the same about the rest of my experience. The assistant Jakeline was slow to respond to emails, and I had my attorney changed on me twice with no notice, including on the day of my court date. At one point, I was asked to show up to court with no understanding of the status of the case or what the need to be in court was for. The attorneys I spoke to often did not know the facts of the case either. This has been a disappointing experience, but the matter regarding the case is over.
