I'm just starting my relationship with them as a renter. I will say that they are very responsive and cut and dry on what is expected as a renter. Removing ambiguity is important to me so that a foundation of trust can be built for one of the most basic human needs in a place above my head. Adrian, I don't have your name as a tenant in our system. If you were viewing a property it is very possible it is not quite ready yet. It would be better for you to submit your feedback through the showing software so we can be sure that these issues are scheduled to be completed prior to moving a tenant in. I also feel it is unfair for you to leave a review for a property you are not even a tenant of so it would be much appreciated if you would remove this review.
