Cab service was good.. our driver sachin is very humble person and co operative. Driving experience was good and also we felt safe with sachin. One thing I didn’t liked is we have to pay extra money and book auto because of the road was not pretty much good towards our hotel . For 2kms we paid 600₹ (going-coming) firstly we get told that they will reimbursed the extra amount we paid to auto. But at last sachin (our driver) said that the money will get cut in his amount so we thought not to get reimbursed.

I am writing this review for my trip to Kerala from 09.11.2024-16.11.2024.
I have no complaints against Royara Cabs as they were very co-operative from the begining. They gave me a good package for an Innova Crysta which was later upgraded to Innova Hycross.
I have previously gone on numerous family vacations in India including Kerala by booking cabs for entire trips. However, the driver of the above mentioned trip to Kerala, Mr. Noormon Ibrahim was the worst driver I have encountered in my life.
The following were his actions which were totally unacceptable:
1. He did not allow us to put down the windows of the car in Munnar even after requesting him to do so. We live in a polluted city in India and look forward to the hills where we can have a feel of fresh breeze. But unfortunately we were deprived of it.
2. On one occasion he left us in Poovar Island in our resort in the evening and refused to take us for dinner outside despite the package including over time charges after 8 pm. He lied that there are no restaurants nearby even though several restaurants were in the vicinity. The reason given by him was that he had to go home which was in Trivandrum.Thus, we were forced to have an expensive dinner in our resort that night.
3. He misbehaved with me on several occasions and even asked us to change the vehicle mid-journey if we were having problems with his conditions. We were constrained to change the vehicle since our parents were with us and we wanted no hassles during the trip. This was communicated to Royara cabs after the trip who suggested that we should have alerted him at the first instance itself.
4. He was the owner of 2-3 vehicles and kept on co-ordinating with the other drivers through mobile on a daily basis and that too on speaker mode through bluetooth which was very disturbing.
5. There were 1-2 good points also like punctuality and recommending some good locations and shows, but it was all overshadowed because of the above points.
I have already communicated the above points to Royara Cabs. However, since this driver was outsourced, there are chances that you may get him through other travel agencies also.
I therefore strong recommend anyone who hires cabs in Kerala not to go with this driver, Mr. Noormon Ibrahim so that they do not have a bad experience in this wonderful place.

Hired a cab for 6 days with base location Kochi. Mr. Anandhan who accompanied with us for the entire trip was well verse with the routes and made our journey very comfortable. He was polite and careful while driving. Entire trip was hassle free and the service provided by Anandhan (Royora Cabs Kochi) was very good.
We had the pleasure of traveling with Royara Cabs for 6 incredible days, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Our vehicle was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and our driver, Jerone, was absolutely fantastic!
Jerone Sebastian's extensive local knowledge, courteous nature, prompt responses, and exceptional driving skills took our trip to new heights! He was incredibly supportive, ensuring our comfort and safety throughout the journey. His in-depth knowledge of Kerala was impressive, and he happily shared insights, making our experience even more enriching.
