Normally subs have more ingredients. Received order and was leaking everywhere! Missing ingredients. DoorDash won’t refund, so just lost out on $30. Very upset.

We prepared your order exactly as it was received through DoorDash, but it definitely shouldn’t have arrived leaking or disappointing.
Unfortunately, once in order leaves, our store with a third-party company delivery handling is out of our control. But we still want to make it right for you. if you’re open to it, give the store a call and ask for the manager. We’d appreciate having a chance to take care of you directly.

How have I lived within 5 miles of Royal Subs for decades, and not tried until a couple weeks ago??! No matter... LOVE 💗🌯!!! No sub emojis, lol. Best sub I've ever had, hands down! The super finely shredded toppings and meats... that bread 🤤, the service, just EVERYTHING! I'm a forever customer now! 👍🏼🤩😎😊
Ordered two Italian subs and one of them had mold all in the inside of the bread. Typically order form here every week and never had this issue. This can make people super duper sick…no excuse

We are sorry for your experience. I assure you there was no mold in your bread. Our bread is no more than four hours old at any time that you purchase a sub here. We bake over 600 rolls per day and sell out daily.
We take great ride in the fact that we bake our bread fresh in store everyday.
Maybe you are seeing a discoloration in the bread from the ingredients not being mixed properly when form the dough.
Either way to are willing to make this experience a good for you. Let us know how we can correct this for you.

I don’t know what they do to make bread this good but there’s not a better vessel for a sandwich than Royal Subs bread. I get a turkey AND meatball sub - both are 10/10. Asking me if you could only have one which to get would be like asking which kid gets to live… get both. Place is incredible.
I have been told by friends for years to try this place, but had my other favorite sub shops, so I hadn't. I finally tried it and I love it! This is now my go-to sub shop! You gotta try it!
Food was good, quick to be delivered and was correct.
Not really a sour down and eat in place, the have a few high top tables but that is it. Wasn't an issue due me, but think it is important to share.
Royal subs is truly hidden gem that you should discover, the owner Alex is just such a wonderful person and you can tell by how happy the staff are here, the bread is baked fresh in store and will be the best bread you’ve tasted, all flavors are fresh and it will make you feel like your tummy is being hugged, if you think you want a bigger size, get a bigger size you’ll eat every bite and want more!
