Wali and the team were fantastic, there were some complicated parts of the job due to the build of my apartment and the team took it in stride going above and beyond to make sure everything we completed very quickly. They even returned on a public holiday to check everything out and make sure the floors were working as intended. Highly recommend Royal Floors.

Great company and awesome customer service

Owner was very helpful. I came in last minute needed 100m2 of flooring for the next day. He was able to organise stock to be delivered directly to my house the next morning. We had multiple questions about different types of flooring and he was able to steer me towards the best choice. (It was also at an affordable rate). Very fair and reasonable pricing. He could have suggested a more expensive floorboard but he did not. Great service - highly recommend!

Awesome experience with these guys, Wali is a top bloke. Came to my house to measure and brought all the colour samples for us to decide on colour. Saved me a fortune on Harvey Norman carpets. Installed looks fabulous as well.

0 stars STEER CLEAR!!!!. Royal flooring in Penrith were Solomon’s and we have been absolutely screwed by Wally and his installers. Had hybrid flooring laid approx 3 years ago and within 6 months it started to lift and move. We were told it was a common issue by the installer who came out to view it and someone would be in touch to come and fix it. We contacted several times over the following 6 months and were told due to the floods there had been a lot of fixing jobs and asked to be patient. Our wasn’t emergent. No worries. Fast forward now two years on!!! It has still not been fixed. Holes now in my living room because it has lifted so much and snapped. I’m unable to even close the door to my laundry because it has risen so much. An investment in my home??? Now it looks 10 x worse. They were to come before Christmas. The day of no installer rocks up. Oh he’s sick. No time to rebook. Okay mad. But rebooked for tomorrow 21/02/24. No contact from them. My husband calls to confirm and is told oh yeah no it’s not going to happen because the flooring we have has now been changed and they will have to replace the full house. But they don’t have the flooring. Then goes into a tyraid about possible sub flooring issues and potential problems on our part they will need to check before re- installing. We had no preparation done. As their installers did not advise any was needed. They are the experts?? If something needed to be done or fixed we rely on you as professionals to give us all the information. But tacks on that we paid $7k ish and it’s now $9k for the product. Well of course it is 2 years on!!! Maybe if you fixed it when the problem first arose it wouldn’t be a problem now!!! But it is now clearly evident that this has become about not wanting to take responsibility and fix their mistake because of the cost. Do not purchase from these crooks. I’ll be contacting the ombudsman.

Great service, Wally was lovely to work with. Communication was excellent, fantastic price and didn’t have a long wait for installation. Would certainly recommend.
