Unethical and unreliable service Misleading advertising and low-quality items. I ordered a specific product advertised as "Eclipse White" but received an entirely different item called "Ark White," which differs in shade, texture, and even thickness. Despite these clear differences, they refused to take responsibility, blaming the manufacturer instead. Returns are only permitted if you pay extra, which is unacceptable for their mistake. On top of that, they attempt to manipulate reviews by offering discounts. Extremely disappointing experience—avoid this company and find a more reliable alternative.

Horrendous ordeal - Poor product quality, terrible customer service and thousands of pounds lost. My wife and I had managed a new build project of an entire house and of all of the suppliers used throughout the process, Royale Stones were by far the worst. We purchased a large quantity of limestone paving slabs from RS for our garden / driveway areas and on delivery, noted that a large quantity of these were damages / defective. RS agreed to resolve these issued following the Christmas period, and on following up on this we were told that as a number of weeks had passed they would do nothing to rectify the issues UNLESS we purchased more tiles. Given half of our patio had already been laid, we had no choice to purchase more replacement tiles which also came damaged. Would you believe this entire process repeated itself another 2 times! Terrible product quality, even worse customer service and an all round terrible experience. SAVE YOURSELF AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Jay is Outstanding I went to the showroom today and met Jay. Jay is such a great chap really helpfull, super friendly and gave amazing customer service. If you’re looking for tiles just go and see Jay. You will not find a nicer, knowledgeable guy to do business with Thanks again Jay Marc 👍🏻

£98 return charge - this not clear in t&c’s Be aware they charge £98 for returns which is not clear in their terms and conditions as it words it in a way that you think you only get charged for returning tiles…. But you her charged £98 for it all!!! We purchased a bathroom vanity front this company and when it arrived it was a completely different colour to the photos online so we needed to return it. I am really upset, bathrooms are expensive enough to renovate let alone having to pay nearly £100 to turn an item!!!

Porcelain Paving slqbs The after-sales service was unsatisfactory. I ordered three pallets of porcelain paving slabs and received one pallet that was a completely different shade, texture, and size. The company responded by stating that porcelain is a natural stone and that the shade and other aspects will always differ. However, porcelain is not a natural stone, and the company should be more knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Unless you don't mind getting every single pallet different, avoid it !!! They offered me only 5 pounds for a high-quality picture with a finished project. What a joke!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Quite honestly I had very little idea what I was talking about, no idea of the choices available or the potential costs I may be facing. My initial contact was with Jake Davies, who took the time to explain everything he thought relevant and didn’t complicate or try to blind me with science. I was able to stay with Jake throughout the whole process and I am indebted to him and Royale Stones as I feel they underpromised then overdelivered. Jake Davies is a credit to the company.

I ordered some kitchen tiles from Royal Stones and sadly when they arrived we felt they were not the same tiles that i had ordered on the website. There was was a 42m2 order. I spoke with Steve who went above and beyond to find me darker ones within the company. He was courteous, friendly, efficient and very understanding. He managed to source darker ones that he sent me images of first, and once i confirmed he got them out to me the next day. The collection for the other ones came the same day. It was impeccable customer service. I cannot fault it. Today we discovered several broken tiles at the bottom of our pallette and as soon as i contacted this gentlemen, he said ill arrange replacements immediately. What more could we ask for. The tile quality is fab and im delighted with the product. We have also previously used Royal Stones for our patio and will definately use again.

Great company to deal with and their products are excellent. We ordered the smooth and sawn Indian sandstone paving for our new patio terrace and they look superb. We had to order some extra and Lavish was very helpful in arranging a quick delivery enabling us to finish the job.

I bought over 120 pieces of porcelain garden tiles, after checking all in perfect condition. I recommend this store, they have a lot of beautiful tiles.
