Hace poco he comprado cinco radiadores de infrarrojos "Velit Sol" a través de la página Royal Infrared Heating y la verdad es que no puedo estar más contenta, ya que no solo son eficientes, sino que también son súper elegantes y ocupan poco espacio (por no hablar de su fácil instalación, enchufar y listo). Se han instalado en varias habitaciones en un piso pequeño de la sierra de Madrid y contra todo pronóstico, cumplen lo que prometen. No calientan igual que un radiador de convección y necesitan tiempo para caldear una habitación (aunque el calor en sí es inmediato si estás cerca), pero entiendo que el consumo se irá reduciendo cuanto más los utilice ya que habrá que ponerlos menos, y, además, son bastante eficientes energéticamente hablando, que es lo que me interesaba de esta tecnología. Muchas gracias a Lilit por su atención telefónica resolviendo mis dudas. Es una pena que la calefacción por infrarrojos no sea más conocida en España, porque me parece muy interesante y creo que es el futuro para aquellos que no desean una instalación de gas o unos radiadores monumentales que consumen una barbaridad. El servicio de la tienda también 10/10, los radiadores llegaron en tres o cuatro días a casa. Totalmente recomendables.

I bought Domos 900w and 580w Domos infrared heaters for our home in Portugal and, wow, what a game-changer! No more shivering through those cold winter days. Our house is all snug and toasty now, plus our electric bill doesn't scare us anymore. Big win: they help keep the mold away, which is a real headache in a lot of Portuguese houses like ours with not-so-great insulation. A big shoutout to Leo! Super helpful and knew his stuff, helped me figure out the best setup for our home. The heaters are top-quality, as was the customer service and time to deliver. Dealing with Leo was a pleasure. Huge thanks for saving us from those freezing Portugal winters.

Sept '23 Updated review a year on: If you are still debating whether to try the Infrared domus and/or Repulsus mirror panels you might be interested to know that after a year with mine I have just compared a full years electricity bills with the previous years...Am now paying just under half what we were paying before! Incredible and very happy 😊 For info I was replacing a selection of old electric and oil filled rads and even a woodburner which couldn't cope with heating our traditionally built house. I am amazed but the figures don't lie and I haven't spent a year freezing.....most comfy year ever here! Many thanks Leo and am busy spreading the word down here in Andalucia 😊 Original review Nov '22: Excellent quality heaters and really pleased with the way they are warming up my previously chilly campo house in Andalucía. Yet to see if they cut costs of electric heating but impressed with how efficiently the WiFi thermostats work. Love the clean lines and warmth of the bathroom mirror and a bonus to have no steamed up mirror anymore!!

We have our infrared sauna a few months now and use it regularly. I am very pleased with our purchase. Leo was super responsive and wonderful to deal with and answered my many questions. The sauna was easy to assemble and we love using it. Amazing health benefits that we can already feel.

Leo provided excellent service and followup support, and I’m really pleased with the performance and control features of the ‘Velit Sol’ 1,000 watt units. The two wall-mounted ‘Velit Sol’ units were used to heat an L-shaped kitchen/living room area (approx 18 m2) during a cold February in Spain, and performed admirably.

I am very happy with the infrared panels installed by Leo and his team from Royal Infrared Heating. Everything Leo said about their capability was accurate and I particularly like the wifi control enabling us to monitor and control the heating in the house even when we are not there. We chose the Velit Sol heaters which are attractive and powerful. You can feel the heat coming out of them almost immediately. The "fast hot" control is very useful.

Can I describe what has happened adequately? No. Probably not. Leo is the most kind and knowledgeable business owner. His kindness and open quality helped me make the decisions I needed to heat my multi-room apartment in Lisbon. The heaters are a phenomenal way to heat a home. I have used them for a month now. I left them on for two days and the entire house is now glowing with heat. I now adjust them as needed, and do not have them running all the time. Even the rooms without the heaters are now totally livable. After the initial investment the worth is so apparent as this formerly cold apartment feels as though it is covered in a blanket of warmth and protection. Even one of the panels can make a room feel a glow in a couple hours. The panels are very discreet and with the thermostats create a system that can be managed from anywhere! AMAZING. One of the best purchases I have ever made from a company run by a person that is doing the absolute best for his clients and selling a top level product. If I could give more stars I would. Do not hesitate to have a warm home with Royal. And Leo. I feel like I made a friend.

Fabulous service from Leo at Royal Infrared Heating. From my initial enquiry, he arranged a convenient time for a callback to discuss our requirements and pricing. He then delivered the radiators the next day. After the radiators had been fitted, he came back again and installed the app on my phone and showed me how to use it. We only started using the radiators at the beginning of December and they have been brilliant. They look good and are so efficient to use. Plus compared to the wood burner we had last year they are so clean and economical. We can't recommend this company enough - excellent customer service.

We bought four of the 500 W mirror heaters for our lounge in Spain and are delighted with the way they heat the room up very quickly. We now have warmth on chilly days, mirrors to reflect the natural light and extra lights whenever we need them. Three benefits in one. There was a problem with the switch on one heater, but it was quickly fixed by Leo - a responsive and helpful sales person. We will buy another for our hall when they come back into stock.

These heaters are awesome: they make a cold and damp house feel positively warm and cozy. You can feel the warmth immediately in your bones and in the entire room. Very good customer service, helping us determine which heaters would work best for various rooms, and very responsive when there were shipping issues (strike and delays).

I brought the mirror repulses 350 for my bathroom of 2,5m2. It as been able to heat the room comfortably. ( For reference of temperature outside: the review is based on use in the first 2 weeks of December in the coast of Costa Blanca)
