They did a fantastic job! During the whole process, the contractor was both efficient and meticulous in repairing and replacing rotted trim. They found additional rot in the plywood and repaired it before it became a bigger problem. Paint match was perfect! Overall very satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for rot repair!

We had a second story deck that had dry rot and needed to be completely redone. Paul came out to survey what needed to be done and took his measurements. In a few days he presented a fixed price bid which we accepted. He gave us a start date about three weeks out. The day before the scheduled start date Paul texted us and said he'd be on site at 8 am and began work. When he completed the demolition he said he found termites and we should have it sprayed before he continued. He called around and found a firm that came out the next day. This put him behind on the estimated completion date. He put in some extra long days to catch up. He did not change his original price because of the delay. The completed deck met our expectations and was a quality end product. Communication was easy and constant and most impressive was he was always on time or text if he would be delayed. Would highly recommend, professional work, fair price.

Paul is a “one-of-a-kind” individual. From the moment he introduced himself, I knew I was working with a quality individual. Paul did not disappoint. His inspection of the failing siding on the cottage was meticulous and thorough. He detailed issues, potential issues, and solutions.
Unlike some, Paul was easy-going, and low key, explaining options, costs and scope of project. I was impressed by his candor, and working knowledge.
Paul is precise in communication, advising me well in advance of his arrival at the house, the scope of work, costs, and materials. Punctual, work began a few minutes after arrival. I’m fascinated by professionals that make quick work of things beyond my working knowledge and so, watched from a distance during demolition and renovation.
With precision and great skill siding was removed, structural components inspected, house wrap installed, new siding installed, and caulking put into place. Paul spent nine hours at the house. His work is impeccable, and willing to take extra steps in making sure everything was perfect.
I was truly impressed with the quality of work. Not a single piece of debris remained on the premises after their departure.
A true, honest, engaging, hard-working, personable, very fairly priced, and most important, warranties his work for two years. I don’t usually hold on to contact information with contractors, they’re usually not worth the paper a business card is printed on, but, not in this case.
Truly happy I met Paul, I’ll be calling him again for another project!

This project was becoming a nightmare for me but Paul showed up and bailed me out. He was easy to communicate with over messenger and provided me with a fair and professional quote before he arrived. And most importantly to me, he didn't double his estimate once he arrived. He did the job for exactly what he originally bid. I needed someone fairly fast to repair my moms siding before she put her house on the market. I live an hour away so I really wanted someone I could trust. I found Paul and Rot Repair on the internet. He met me at the house on time, asked good questions and offered up some additional things he could do to help spruce up the place. Be the time I left, he was going to fix 40’ of siding, wash the roof, pressure wash the entire house , paint the entire side where he repaired the siding, all the trim too. Saved me from hiring several different people and for a great price. The work was done quickly and looked great. As luck would have it, a week before the house hit the market a wind storm blew down a large section of fence, and he was there days later and replaced the fence.
