I would give zero stars if I could. Corporate does not care about the condition of this property or the tenants that reside there. I lived here for six and a half years and in the beginning it was great. But the last few years everything has gone drastically downhill. Prices and fees increase every year but the quality of services and the property continues to deteriorate. I don't think management and the staff have any say or control over it, which I'm sure doesn't make it very motivating for them. Lauren, Carly, AnneMarie, and a couple of the maintenance guys have always been as helpful as they can be.

You will know everything you need to know about what its like to live here. This place needs an overhaul on management to say the very least.

Spend thousands a month for a shoebox. There were many times when there were crimes committed within the community including an Uber driver getting mugged. I have had to call the police on neighbors for domestic disputes. The next door neighbor to us constantly locked his girlfriend out of the house and she would end up screaming and banging on the door to be let back in which was of course very loud and concerning. The gate rarely works and as much as youre paying per month it shouldnt be a constant problem. Tried to charge us a garbage fee once for not putting a trash bag in the can. Based on the picture they used to "prove" we had done it, I had to tell them it wasn't even us and that that picture was taken in a completely different area of the community. The woman then asked me who did it then? I don't work here it's not my job to know who your employees took a picture of. Now, the issues I am currently having with this place even though we moved out THREE MONTHS AGO, guests are constantly calling my number to get in through the guest box. I have spoken to someone from the front to remove my number from the guest box and they have yet to do it. Ive called and left MULTIPLE messages and no one is getting back to me. This place is NOT worth it.
Update: Year 8 and the place has gone downhill tremendously! Mold in unit, outside unit, months to resolve maintencence issues. It is true that incentives were offered to leave positive reviews, and the crime in the complex, kids causing havoc, was enough for me. For the price, not worth it.

Don’t come here. Even if you have read the negative reviews and think you understand, this place is going to be worse than you imagine. This is not a normal rental community.
There are still some positive aspects about this place, so I wanted to give 2 stars, but seeing the averaged 4.2 stars, I had to give it just 1.
Negative things include:
- Crimes in the neighborhood, from shootings and stolen cars to more minor incidents.
- Garbage and burning smells on some days every week, depending on the wind from the nearby “beautiful” hill (a landfill).
- An unsympathetic management office.
- Moving in and immediately finding several things broken. Some of them can be fixed after months of hassle; some are just not fixable, and you have to live with them. Hope nothing else breaks in the following days, because there are only three full-time maintenance workers servicing a community of over 600 households that has been under-maintained for years.
This is literally one of the most poorly run communities I have ever witnessed. Even paying rent feels like a scam now as they constantly change their payment platforms. They sold our personal information to 3rd parties which causes constant emails and solicitations. The leasing office now even refuses to answer the phone and pushes everything through an automated system, I could go on an on but I will save my sanity. Do yourself a favor and do not get looped into this mess of a place. If you see ANY POSITIVE reviews it's because they bribe their tenants with a 50$ gift card to do so. Don't buy into it.
2032 foxglove circle - we have lived here for 2 years and we NEVER had any issues. The grounds are kept clean, it's beautiful, my unit is everything we asked for. My husband and I worked closely with Carly, she's an exceptional human being. When we needed something she was always responsive and always professional. The entire office staff always met all of our needs. We are sad to say we are leaving. We purchased our dream home. The transition from Rosemont to our new place will be extremely hard. We will miss all the amenities, the large windows, the beautiful lake in the back, the ducks and frogs. I want to say thank you to everyone, you exceeded our expectations.

i have been living here for almost 3 years now and the office has lost control of this place. i have been complaing for 5 months about neighbors consistently partying til all hours of the night and they claim they can do nothing, yet its a breach of the lease agreement we all signed? parents let their kids run rampant around this place and the office and "security" do NOTHING i caught kids fighting in my backyard yesterday. kids were kicking in doors weeks ago. where are the parents? the accountability? my emails and calls go unanswered or addressed. its gotten to the point i have to now contact their parent company Titan to try to get any sort of answer. I consulted a lawyer as well this place has gotten out of control and management is negligent to the issues. its crazy because supposedly the two people who RUN this place live in here? you would think they would do something about the community they also live in.

Management is the worst. Unprofessional maintenance is a nightmare. They take forever if they even get to you. Do bare minimum work. They’re extremely expensive for all the rules and regulations that they apply with and without you knowing and they buckle and dime charge you for everything. God forbid you leave your trash out that’s a $35 charge just as an example. Doesn’t cover all the other things you get charged for. I had tons of things wrong in my unit including mold which they never came to fix and then had the audacity when I moved to try and charge me for everything that they didn’t fix. So as much potential as this place has I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Only thing I can say is if your your a loner or 55 and older it might be a considerable place for you. Other than that it’s nothing but a money pit and aggravation. Your better off else where and getting your actual moneys worth. This place is literally a night mare. Ntm this was the second time I’ve lived there so shame on me. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt and it was even worse than the first time. Which was extremely disappointing but not surprising.

Was looking at an apartment here with my husband and was told we could not rent a 1 bedroom with our toddler and it had to be a 2 bedroom, no where on their website does it state this. Then I was told that the cheapest 2 bedroom was $3,200 when their website shows 2 apartments under $2,900 and 2 under $3,100. A waste of time and terrible, judgmental customer service.

After 5 miserable years in this place, I moved out this month. The attitude of the office staff is the worst I've dealt with in any aspect of life. We spent many years without adequate maintenance staffing levels. Poor quality of everything in the living space. Cheap vinyl flooring, appliances, and carpentry. Their solutions are aways to replace broken parts on discontinued appliances. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I haven't regretted too many things in my life. Moving here is top of my list. If retirement was so close and relocating to another state wasn't my plan, I'd left after the end of my fist lease. Rodents are a constant issue. The two months of 2025 are the is the only time I did find dead rodents in the place. RODENT URINE AND FECES were constant, and they only provide Exterminator service if you call, although I believe they know they have a RODENT ISSUE.
