Very impressed with this service, ended up getting the couches the next day which is wild because the couches were in Wisconsin and I’m in Missouri. Meanwhile I’m waiting two more months for my Arhaus furniture to be delivered. Wow! CEO was very communicative through the process, even as I changed my order to include 2 couches and discussed price change very dynamically. Look forward to buying from this service again.

I’m glad to finally have a matching lamp for our other bedside table. I couldn’t find it anywhere after CB2 stopped selling it, but I was able to find it through Roomii. Easy experience!

I am SO glad I found Roomii! Talk about an awesome customer experience from beginning to end. I had some nice furniture items that had just been sitting in storage for a few years and I was debating what to do with them. After randomly hearing about Roomii, I decided to look them up. So glad I did. From asking questions on the chat on their website to finally deciding to submit my furniture for a quote to sell, the process was seamless. Although I likely could've gotten a higher price for my furniture had I sold it myself, it was worth it to sell directly to roomii bc of how straightforward the whole process was. One and done! Definitely will be HIGHLY recommending and keeping in mind for any future items. Yay!
