Recently had Roof Worx come out and look at our house due to the damage from the hurricane Aaron Frye came out and looked at our roof and even went above and beyond helping put out a tarp over the damage on the roof. Aaron also checked in numerous times as the new roof was being installed. The whole experience from dealing with Aaron to the roofing crew made the frustration and aggravation from dealing with the hurricane damage a breath of fresh air!!! 10/10 would recommend Roof Worx for all your roofing needs!

I had my roof replaced due to hail damage that was covered by my insurance by Roof Worx in August '23. Tim McClellan assisted me and helped explain the process. Due to some odd processing by my insurance company there were some questions that rose up but I was able to speak with Blake and we determined what had happened and was able to resolve it quite quickly. I have had no issues with the roof and it actually seems to be quieter than the old roof which is a nice bonus. The team that replaced the roof did a great job and worked very diligently and did a good job with the post-job cleanup as well. Overall I'm satisfied with the work done by Roof Worx.

Roof Worx did a Great Job on my roof. The crew showed up on time and completed the roof as scheduled. They cleaned up well. Probably less than 15 nails found which is awesome. I will use them again if needed and would highly recommend them.

Roof Worx has been the best company to work with. I heard about their business one day on Kicks 103.3 and it just so happened to be around the time we discovered a roof leak.
My wife and I got the pleasure of meeting the Vice President, Jeff right away. He and an associate came out and looked at our aging metal roof and told us we would need a new one. A major shock to the budget, but they assured us they would be by our side.
Blake, Jeff, and staff took care of explaining every step of the process from getting a loan, picking out materials and colors, to putting the actual roof and gutters on. Adding on gutters to the process didn’t put a hurt on us financially.
The actually roofers were kind and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently to make sure that we got a roof on the house in a timely manner.
Blake and Jeff were so personable during my visit to their Hickory office. We talked like old friends, and I value that in folks I’m doing business with.
