It was draughty and had to sit in coats, food was cold and even though we had pre-warned of a cream allergy staff were not helpful and advised on a salad or aubergine. Also burger ordered was pink inside. Had to wait whilst others around us received their food even though they came in after us. Would not eat there again.

Was my yearly catch up with a friend. Staff where very patient with is. To busy gas bagging to look at the menu. Food was great staff very friendly. Only criticism, very small one. But please put more songs on play list. To many repeats. Although this is a very very small suggestion.

Amazing food and service
We had a fantastic meal here with excellent service. ( thank you, Steve) we had squid to start, fish main and delicious desserts. I’d highly recommend this restaurant. We eat out a lot, and this was one of my best meals. Delicious!!! I'm definitely going to return when we next visit Norfolk.

Perfect evening, amazing food!
Myself and a key client attended the Rooftop for an evening meal. Wow what can I say! not only was the atmosphere amazing, the food and service were fantastic. We has the fillet steak which was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this venue for both quality of food and ambient atmosphere.

Afternoon tea was very dry for the money sadly as I have had a really nice one here before , making the value for money really not worth it as it’s expensive for not home made goods . There was three types of songs playing that kept coming in and out of tune and lots of sound from the kitchen with the chefs tenderising the meat . Overall poor experience sadly :( We were offered 20% off for the quality of the food which was kind however believe it was not even worth the expence paid /(

I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Norwich. It's beautifully decorated and the rooftop garden is stunning when it's lit up at night. The food is incredible and the staff are so friendly and welcoming! It made a very nice change from the overpriced and poor service you get in London! I will definitely visit again. Although it was cold sitting outside they have heaters and provide blankets

Really slow service throughout starters and mains. Starters sent back as cold. Arrabbiata (mains) was overloaded with chillis so couldn’t eat. Chicken supreme bloodied on bone so quite off putting. Server was very friendly but little done to redress issues. Very disruptive clientele on some tables (shouting/swearing) and nothing done to address this. Impacted whole experience and made it very uncomfortable for others, some of which moved tables. We chose to leave. Looks like a great restaurant but more style than substance. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately.

The food was excellent - well-prepared and in reasonable quantities. Our waiter could not have been better - efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. I thought the music could have been a little quieter; but my wife liked it as it was and I appreciate this is a personal thing.

Me and my friends came here for dinner, the service of one waiter was terrible, he was rude and ask my friend if she has adhd as she keeps moving so much. The food came cold, and the burger seemed uncooked. This was our first time coming here and most probably last. We was expecting a bit more for the price that this place offers. The only nice thing about it is the views and decorations inside the restaurant.

Perfect Evening!
Went for a casual dinner for two, food was so worth the money that we spent. On top of the amazing food, the service was excellent. Our server was Mira, and he was very accommodating to our needs, welcoming, and chatty. Set the mood perfectly and we had the perfect evening. Thank you Mira!
