These guys were great! They helped communicate financing, patiently answered any and all questions had. They had shown me several options for roofing and explained the merits of each. I went with the Atlas brand and even though it costs a bit more, the warranty coverage can't be beat. The weather was against them when they were ready to install. I had developed a leak coming through my ceiling and they kept waiting for a day when it wasn't raining. When that day finally came, they got on the job and had it finished in a day. They sold and installed for me a really nice roof. I definitely recommend these guys to take care of your roofing needs.
Need my roof replaced after several years of stome damage. Insurance denied all my claims, so I reached out to the Roofing Crew. They were very professional, and the price was below the standard of what I have been estimated prior. We set a date and they were here at 7am and cleaned up and finished by 630. Did the walk around looking to trash and nails 0(zero) were found. It was like they were never here. Would highly recommend these folks to anyone.
Got an estimate for a roof replacement and got 100% financing approved and set up. Then right before they start the work I get a call saying the project will be $3500 more and I will have to pay this out of pocket up front. Went with another company and got proper financing and an accurate estimate.

We apologize about your experience with us. We did get you approved with financing and proceed to go out there based on what satellite imaging pulled. Once we did a proper site visit we realized the measurements were off and adjusted accordingly. We told you this upfront gave you the price change and you went with another company. We didn't do work on your home
The Roofing Crew, I had a great experience dealing with Bill Cox and his son. They did a great job on my roofing with a fair price. I received calls from Bill to notify me of whe the job was planned and updated with other appointments concerning the job. The roof was completed in less than 8 hours. Thanks Bill!
I contacted Bill to get an estimate for our roof removal and installation. Within 2 hours he had an estimate to completely redo our roof based on Google Maps. The next day we picked out shingles in our home and paid for the roof installation. They even featured financing same-as-cash which was really helpful in paying for the roof. The following week where weather was suitable, they replaced the roof. It was a really quick and painless process.
The folks that came out and did the work were friendly, quick, and did a good job. They fixed our leaking chimney, replaced the roof plywood that had decayed, put on a special felt-like liner throughout to ensure our roof doesn't leak, put on ridge vents and all remaining finishing touches. We also got insulation put in our attic to help with energy expenses. We haven't had the roof more than a couple days at this point but I am pleased with the quality of work and the price we paid.
I look forward to utilizing the other services that are provided by the roofing crew's parent company (windows, vinyl siding, etc.).
We hired USA Roofing Crew (owned by Bill Cox) to build a deck with a roof onto the back of our home. Charlie was the supervisor for our job and we couldn't have asked for better. They did a very professional,
quality job. Charlie was very helpful with suggestions and accommodating some changes we made.
We would gladly hire them again.
