They are an excellent company. Jamil guide me step by step on all process. He helped me with the insurance and all permits. The crew arrived on time and finished in 6 hours. The roof was replaced and showed me the damaged plywood under it. They cleaned the house and Jamil was very clear with the work performed and there were no surprises with the price. I highly recommend this company.

I am a huge fan of google reviews and this is how I find most of my services so when I find a service I appreciate I try to leave a positive review for them. This is not one of those times. I do not know if I just had one off bad experience but I do believe in leaving reviews based on my personal experience.
Kept asking me about going through my homeowners insurance even when I initially said that I did not want to make a claim since I have had multiple inspectors look over my roof and they have all said that they did not see any damage that would warrant making a claim with my insurance company.
When I asked for the type of shingle that would be used and if they would be using the manufacturer recommended nails I was told that information would be too expensive to provide to each homeowner.
When I got the estimate it was $3,000 - $4,000 more than every other roofing company I received estimates from. I was told that if I approved RoofClaim going through my homeowners insurance, and if that insurance was denied, I would get a cash discount off my price, but the exact amount of that discount could not be provided at the time of the estimate.
Over $200 per sheet of plywood after the first one where the other companies estimate provided up to 3 sheets and about $75 per additional sheet after the first 3.
I expected a lot more from a 4.9 star company with 1,500 reviews.
The service and quality at RoofClaim has been top notch. Our rep, Hector, was informative, patient and kept the process running smoothly. RoofClaim has already done a lot of houses in my neighborhood and everyone has been extremely pleased. Looking forward to my install!

I have had good communication with the staff from Roof claim. I have had the pleasure of working Gus and Kim and they made it very easy to get information and updates on the process of getting the roof repair scheduled. Gus actually phoned and followed up by coming to the house to make sure the materials were all there. He also co-ordinated with Kim and I was able to sign documents with her. Overall they went above and beyond. Here’s to the next stage- Installation.

This is an excellent company to call, if you need help making a claim. I had the pleasure of working with another team member in the beginning and Hector Ferran took over for him not missing a beat. He helped me keep with my insurance questions and all the changes coming my way with the process. This was my first time dealing with a claim and he was very helpful. Hector Ferran has been very responsive and knowledgeable about the whole process. I recommend using this company!

Customer service top notch! Kim was courteous, thoughtful, and very acvommodsting. She heard the baby in the background on the phone and asked if her dog would be a problem when we stopped in. She was able to explain everything for my understanding. She was kind enough to make sure I understood the invoice I recieved.

Our roof suffered damage from a recent hail storm. RoofClaim handled the replacement perfectly. Mike Evans and Kim Evans handled every detail for us with efficiency and professionalism, the installation was completely seamless, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.
I dealt with Hector Ferran throughout the replacement of my roof after sustaining hail damage! Hector patiently and professionally dealt with my questions and anxiety after I had been jerked around for quite some time by my insurance company. Additionally, Hector went to bat for me and managed to get
my insurance company to reissue my check for quite a bit more money. My roof was installed yesterday and completed in less than a day! The clean up was impressive too and there was absolutely no trash or materials left behind! I highly recommend! I am very impressed with Hector and his crew.

Making the decision to work with Hector was probably the best decision I've made for our house since we've lived in Florida. His professionalism and attitude were amazing and the crew he brought on, was even better. I voiced my concerns about my kids and animals stepping on loose, leftover debris or nails and he made 100% positive that not one nail, shingle, or plastic was left behind.
