Thank you for your review. It appears there was a misunderstanding — Roof Care North Staffs Ltd is not connected to any company named Roofcare, and we are not involved with the housing association responsible for the property you mentioned.
This was explained during the call, and we advised contacting the appropriate organisation. Unfortunately, we did receive a number of messages afterwards that were inappropriate in tone.

After having many issues with my roof and many failed attempts at repair by other roofing contractors, I contacted Roof Care (North Staffs) for a quote for a reroof. Richard came out the next day and gave me a quote that was very reasonable, and he was polite and professional when discussing my roofing requirements. The new roof is now complete, and despite a couple of issues which were quickly rectified, I am pleased with not only how the new roof looks but, more importantly, how watertight it is. Also I have a proper guarantee should I have any problems in the next 10 years,
I contacted Roof Care after being repeatedly let down since November, Richard gave a reasonable quote and Hayden undertook the work a few days later. The porch roof repair was completed promptly and it now is both weatherproof and much tidier. I would recommend Roof Care (North Staffs) without hesitation on the basis of my experience and the excellent work promptly completed.
Our roof needed to be fixed urgently due to storm damage. I contacted Roof Care (North Staffs) Ltd and they fixed the roof within 5 days! This included the inspection, being provided with a quote, payment, scaffolding and repair. Richard and his team were absolutely brilliant and the process was seamless! Repairs to the home are normally so stressful but they fixed the roof so quickly and I couldn’t be more thankful! I would definitely recommend them, especially if you need your roof fixed urgently!

Guys arrived on time. Larger job than I initially expected, but that was my estimation and nothing to do with company. Replaced my entire porch roof which had been damaged in storm. The guys were here for most of the day. I now have a much stronger and hopefully storm proof roof. A slight accident when they scorched a part of my UPVc cladding on the porch. Came out on the Monday and replaced the UPVc at no cost. Would use them again. Final cost was as quoted.
