Did great but when I call back to have them fix a hole in roof from another storm. I keep getting hung up on and no one calls me back. I am so disappointed. I paid cash also.

Axel and his team were great to work with! I discovered a leak during a rainstorm and gave them a call—I was so worried it was going to be a big ordeal. He was able to quickly assess the situation and gave me a very reasonable quote. Thankfully it wasn’t a huge issue. Work was completed quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommend! Thanks so much!!

Emma, thank you for your trust. Glad we could help!
We had our roof replaced in May. Axel was great to work with. He walked me through the process and even offered to review other companies quotes with me to make sure we got the best service. Rain was coming in as well, so they quickly came by to get us dried in, regardless if we used them for our new roof.
Once the ground dried up enough, the crew came out. They showed up a little early and completed everything in one day. They cleaned up well, as I could hardly tell they were there.
Overall, the service was exceptional, and I highly recommend Roof One to anyone who needs a new roof or a repair.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Roof One Holding, and I can confidently say that they exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to quality were evident in every interaction.
The entire team was incredibly knowledgeable, providing a thorough inspection of my roof and offering clear, detailed recommendations. They explained the entire process in a way that was easy to understand, helping me make informed decisions without any pressure or upselling. It was clear that they genuinely care about their customers and prioritize long-term solutions over quick fixes.
When it came to the installation, the crew was punctual, efficient, and highly skilled. They completed the job within the promised timeframe, and their attention to detail was impressive. They left my property spotless, ensuring everything was cleaned up once the work was done—something I really appreciated.
What stood out the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. Roof One Holding checked in after the project to ensure everything was perfect and offered excellent post-installation support. It’s rare to find a company that not only delivers top-notch work but also backs it up with exceptional customer service.
I highly recommend Roof One Holding for anyone looking for roofing services. Their honesty, quality craftsmanship, and customer-first approach set them apart from the competition.
