We understand how important your project is, and we regret that our product did not deliver the outcome you had hoped for.

As with all professional-grade construction materials, proper installation is essential for best results. For our product to perform as intended, it must be installed over a permeable base such as open graded aggregate. If the pavers or stone are placed directly on soil, sand, or stone dust, drainage can be compromised, which may lead to issues with performance.

Additionally, once the resin joint material is installed, any excess on the stone surface must be thoroughly cleaned with a stiff brush. From the image you provided, it appears this step may not have been completed fully, as some material is still visible on the surface. While this will wear off over time, it can be difficult to remove once it has cured. A pressure washer may help lift the residue more quickly.

We did our best to help by sending hundreds of dollars worth of additional product at no cost, and we remain committed to supporting you however we can. It also looks like the joint color selected was darker than the original material, which may be contributing to the visual contrast. We do offer lighter color options that may better suit certain stone tones.
