Oasis From the first call with Nalam to Damien completing the delivery and installation. I can say it has been a true pleasure. Nalam does not try to sell you more than you need and she is very professional. The communication is outstanding and you are never left in the dark as she is always a call or message away. Damien is an ocean of knowledge and explains everything without complicating or confusing you. Like Nalam he is always at the ready to answer any question you may have. Amazing service and I will recommend Roman Spas to anyone.

Fantastic company from the moment we stepped into the showroom to the numerous WhatsApp messages with Nalam who is so knowledgable & was simply brilliant. We chose the Aquarius in Odessey Grey & it’s beautiful with lights & fountains. The delivery (via crane) went without a hitch, and the installation team (Damien & another guy) were great at giving details of how to look after the tub & setting it all up. I can honestly say it’s been the best purchase, we have used it at least 3-4 times a week, we all love it! Thank you all so much 😊 would highly recommend Roman Spas 👍

Have been looking to get a hot tub for a while and when came across Roman Spas the offer was to good to miss! Nalam is really helpful and great contact through WhatsApp and phone. The delivery guys Damian and Frank were really helpful and efficient. Didn’t have to wait long for it to be delivered from ordering it and we had the perfect weather for our first weekend with it. We bought the Apollo and it’s good size for a 5 person tub.

Ordered hot tub back in January, it was delivered with in weeks, delivery guys helpful and professional and nalam is always available to answer questions that I have, even months later. Never had any problems with the tub!

We bought a Roman spa just before Christmas, the delivery, installation and communication were excellent. We needed a part for the hot tub which had broken unfortunately, I spoke to Roman spas and within 2 days they had sent us a new part and a video of how to install it. The support from the company was excellent. I have also asked questions and recieved responses very quickly. Impressed to say the least with the customer service. Thank you

Had a hot tub fitted yesterday ,had it from Roman spas in Chesterfield . There service was wonder full. From the point ,to going and look at hot tubs in general, to buying one was so easy . The lads that fitted it were wonderfull and it looks amazing ,cant wait to try it out in a couple of days. This company and their products cannot be faulted. From the first phone call I made to enquire about purchasing a hot tub, through to delivery & installation, it was a smooth, informative, professional process. Nalam was super efficient, her customer service is second to none, always there on the phone or WhatsApp for my numerous questions, she made sure the customer felt valued. She certainly goes above and beyond and certainly doesn’t do any ‘hard selling’ and was certainly honest! The 2 guys, Damian & Dan who delivered our hot tub, were brilliant. They turned up on time, were professional, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the hot tub and gave me all the information I needed to look after this product. They were patient with my many questions and ensured that when they left I had everything I needed. Highly recommend Roman Spas and will certainly use them for regular servicing.
