Warren was the forth locksmith to try & retrieve my keys which Iâd accidentally locked in my car boot. He persevered even when the usual methods wouldnât work and didnât leave until my keys were out - saving me lots of money on ordering new keys or smashing windows! Big thanks Warren :)

What a thoroughly disagreeable, condescending man turned up to reset my car key this morning. Belittling others is a sign of lack of self confidence but to me that's just shows a lack of social skills and that's to be pitied.
Either way the job was done but I definitely won't be using that rude dude in future

It seems that you missed out that we responded to your emergency within 25 minutes of your call, and successfully had you up and running just minutes later.
This after you had made a failed attempt yourself to start the car, and had a garage out to attempt to start the car, also unsuccessfully.
Please accept our apologies that you took offence to our engineer repeatedly having to ask you to stop removing the keys from the ignition whilst he was working.
Hopefully you will find a professional who will give professional advice at no charge, respond and resolve within 30 minutes, allow you to "help out" with the work, and speak to the engineer disrespectfully. Sadly we can't accommodate all of your requirements and regret that we wouldn't permit you to use our services again.

Warren did a good job, even though I panicked because a function on my Newly coded keycard, distance light function didn't work only because the the stalk in the car was not set to Auto, Warren even came back to see if everything was OK, thank you Warren

Absolutely fantastic. Dead friendly and professional. Bristol street said 9th of April that they could fix my ignition barrel. Called Warren and he fit me in next day. Reasonably priced too. Couldnât thank him enough for the help. I would highly recommend him to anyone

After a busy weekend, I was in a real dilemma when I came to start my car but the immobiliser wouldnât let me. I called the AA who promptly arrived within ten minutes but no matter what the patrolman tried to do he couldnât fix it. I friend of mine had told me about a similar problem which had been quickly sorted by Rockley Lock & Safe. I promptly called them and within a couple of hours, Warren Rockley had arrived and fixed the problem in a very short time. He was also able to make me a spare key while he was here which is something Iâve meant to purchase for some time. A truly brilliant and very efficient service. Highly recommended!
