Very happy customer! He saved the day! Lost my bike keys and he managed to cut me a key from only a photo! Fantastic work! Friendly and very fast service. Speedy response answering all queries. Nothing was too much and I will always use if ever in need of services in the future. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Absolutely amazing service! Warren was with me within 15 minutes of my call, and managed to open my car within seconds of pulling up after I embarrassingly locked my keys (both of them) in the car! Highly recommended, he definitely saved the day! And gave me some great advice to help me never get locked out again which I inevitably will end up doing! Thanks Warren ☺️

My wife's Mazda MX5 simply refused to allow her in after she had popped her handbag into the car then gone around to open the boot to load the shopping. Long story short the car had to be left on Supermarket car park overnight. I drove back on Saturday morning but every auto locksmith I contacted was away for the weekend or not reachable for some reason. I eventually came across Rockley Lock and Safe. Yes he would come but I was warned about the cost as he had a fair return journey to make. Call out agreed he was with me within an hour. Immediately put me at ease with his efficient and professional manner and a nice line in self- deprecating humour. Access gained in no time - an electrical glitch - paid the agreed fee by BACS no extras. Saved our weekend. What a 🌟 star!

Brilliant, highly recommended. Warren provided a top quality, friendly and very helpful service when my car key got locked in the boot. He was calm and clear on the phone. He was flexible and practical over the logistics of getting to my car and leaving the key with the staff at the station where I had been stranded. Cost was very reasonable and Warren provided a very helpful explanation of how it all happened. Thank you!
