I want people to be aware before seeking treatment here. I was told by Rockland that if I stepped up to a higher level of care, I would certainly be able to return to their program afterward. Trusting that guidance, I made the very difficult decision to do so.
Going to a higher level of care can put someone's job and stability at risk, but believed it was the right thing to do because I was told I could come back.
After completing the higher level of care, they refused to take me back. I feel extremely misled and upset. Instead of helping, the situation made my mental my mental health worse.
Please think carefully and consider
