We had a lock fail. After phoning another locksmith who didn't arrive on time, and starting to have worries about them I called Rockhopper. Rockhopper were with us within 15 minutes. The lock was swapped out very quickly and most importantly no damage to the door was done. Cost was fair. I can highly recommend this company.
