Robu Android application not working well , Android application never work smoothly you cannot update mobile number email address GST number, taking hour, waiting but still not updating the details on robu application Taking too much time to open. You cannot return or replace if you order the wrong part. As per their policy, return is replace only for manufacturing defect

worst service ever I have ordered 3 times and all pf those times the delivery was delayed by more than a week. If thats the case please don't claim delivery in 4-5 days. 1 week now and my order is still in processing state. I always need to lodge a complaint just to make my order moving. A good amount of money has been stuck in the system for more than a week. Very poor service. Not at all recommended

Useless Website. I placed order online Order is declined but payment is accepted. No courtesy for refund. No involment why order is cancelled. Today I called then they are telling order is not excecuted our website glitch. Now I have to wait again for many days in this fast moving world. Worst experience.

Very unprofessional customer service, No Refund Policy, it's been 15 days days and I still didn't got refund on a cancelled order. And it's been more than 10 days I didn't get my order, they haven't even shipped it yet. I called them 14 times in 5 day, they say they're shipping in half an hour but of course they're lying, they're now hanging my calls. They haven't even shipped it yet.

Very bad Coustomer Support. Please don't buy material from robu. There were no one supporting after delivered order. Material missing in the order but no feedback from Coustomer support after complaint.

The service provided was unsatisfactory, the packaging materials were inadequate, and there were notable deficiencies in service quality. There were no support in customer feedback. Logistic also very poor. Material was damaged and there were no one to give proper feedback and solution for the order. Please Don't buy Material very poor customer support.

Robu.in is a well-maintained electronic components store, but their delivery policies and customer service need serious improvement, especially for B2B customers. As a long-time B2B buyer, I’ve noticed several impractical policies that make the purchasing experience frustrating. Some of their strange and inconvenient rules include: 1. High Minimum Order for B2B: Orders must exceed ₹3,000 to qualify for B2B mode. This is difficult to meet since they mostly stock standard components at exclusive rates, making them more suitable for prototyping and development quantities rather than bulk purchases. 2. Offline Ordering Requirement: B2B orders must be placed offline. While their account managers are helpful, this adds unnecessary steps to the process. 3. No Self-Pickup for Online Orders: The most unreasonable rule – if you place an order online, you cannot opt for self-pickup, even via a porter. When asked why, the response was simply, "IT IS JUST LIKE THAT." No logic, no flexibility. This is frustrating, especially when waiting 5-7 days for delivery within just 10-15 km is completely unnecessary. While Robu.in is a good source for components, their rigid policies and lack of flexibility limit their usefulness for businesses beyond small-scale development and testing. Serious improvements are needed to make them a reliable choice for bulk procurement.

Very poor and pathetic service, even 5 days after order it was showing processing. I talk on toll free number but they are dumb enough don't now anything and gives false assurance. I have taken follow up for 3 days continuously but no result so I requested to cancel the order. Now as per toll-free contact person my order is canceled but online in my account it is still showing processing. Still even after 8 days I have not received any refund of my order. Now toll-free dumb person is saying that I have to send a email for the refund. So what the class of service we can say? It is a completion to give at list one star in review otherwise they don't deserve for it. I don't know why I am suffering for ?????

I usually never write reviews, unless I’m asked by the company team to do so, however in this case I felt like I should do it. Their shipping and availability of different products has been wonderful, I was able to find whatever I was looking for at one place from different renowned brands and they mostly ship whatever I order within 2 days. Only area where they can improve is their bulk pricing, I personally felt that the discount offered by their sales team for the bulk order was negligible, I understand it’s not in their sales team hand to give more discount than they are allowed to, that’s why I feel Robu management team should think of better attractive offers for bulk buying.

Another Fraudster Emerging in the E-commerce Industry. Had placed an order 3 days back, and checked twice for no shipment notifications received, and there was no mention of shipment being delayed for any reason by their executive. Now they say, a product out of multiple that I had placed the order for, has gone out of stock and that's why they are holding on shipping the remaining . Fair enough Robu Team, but if I don't call to check for a month, You'll keep holding the order without even bothering to let the customer know what's going on? And by the way, why is that item still showing as Available in Stock on Your products' page?? There are better ways to cheat... You've just let down over 3 years of trust that You'd built with me. :-/

I had series of frustrating experience, the support is super worst. They behave like problem in robu website or email is your problem. Robu is becoming a typical govt like support system, very rigid, and not ready to change. They are not capable to handle corporate business, you have to straggle if you ordering them for corporate.

Worst online store to purchase electronic goods. Never expect things from them on time. After placing order I waited for 6 days and now they are saying it will take 1 more week for order to get dispatched. Either wait or cancel the order. After waiting 6 days this is the response I got. Don't purchase anything from here. Even they are selling faulty products. If there will be possibility of giving negative review, I might have not given even single star to them.

I have been trying to reach out to you guys regarding an order delivered 3 days back. I ordered a 3D printer worth 55k Bambu lab a1 combo. And they instead delivered Bambu lab a1 which is worth 35k. Have raised the issue the same day and still they are not addressing this. Ticket ID : [#380896]: My order 2462855 has missing unit.” They used to be the best website to order stuff for embedded engineers like us. Been ordering stuff from them since a long time . Never faced such issue. If they don’t resolve this issue such as mine, I kindly advise everyone to not use their website. This is not the way a company works with handling orders. I will have to raise consumer court complaint if this is not addressed because as a customer one can’t do anything with such deeds from a reputed website like Robu. No email and calls are answered. I have attached images you all can see the purchase is a1 combo and they have delivered a1 variant. Update : After a lot of calls they replaced with the right product . Took almost a month. Their products are good and genuine but their customer service is not really prompt.

I placed Order #2493320 on January 18, 2025, and it still shows "Processing." There is no update on the delivery date, which is unacceptable. Still now they didn't any action.
